1. A Theft Case FIR No. 179/13 is registered at PS Theog on 13-12-13 U/S 379 IPC on the application of Sh. Gorishankar S/o Sh. Devi Charan Sharma R/o VPO & The. Bari, Distt. Dholpur, Rajsthan, alleging therein that on 13-12-13 in the intervening night his Tractor bearing No. PB 03-0446 has been stolen from on the road some unknown person. The case is being investigated by ASI Om Prakash, I/O PS Theog.
2. A Theft Case FIR No- 112/13 is registered at PS East on 13.12.13 U/S 379 IPC & 25 IT Act. on the report of ASI Sehdev Dutt I/O PS East Shimla that during the patrolling with staff at Five Bench found two person with bag ,when they checked the bag, they found Cable wire from the bag length about 56 feet .Cable wire cut down / theft from Five Bench Jhakoo. Name of the person is Mohan Bhadur S/o Lt Sh Pradhan R/o Dhara near Machhiwali Kothi and Hitender S/o Late Sh Shivdyal R/o Dhara Nr PWD store US Club. The Case is being investigated by ASI Sehdev Dutt I/O PS East Shimla .
3. During last 24 hours 178 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M V Act and 05 persons were challaned under COTPA (Cigarette & Other Tobacco Act 2005). The total amount of Compounding fee of challans under MV, & COPTA Act is Rs. 17800/-
