1. ND&PS Case FIR No. 185/13 is registered at PS Dhalli on 26-10-13 U/S 20-61-85 on the report of ASI Shiv Kumar I/C PP Sanjauli that when he was on patrolling near Laxmi Narayan Mandir along with staff one person named Nitesh Sharma tried to run, when he saw the police that person stop with the help of police staff and found 11grm. 50 mg in his left pocket. The case is being investigating by ASI Shiv Kumar, I/CC PP Sanjauli .
2. ND & PS Case FIR No. 214/13 is registered at PS West on 26-10-13 U/S 20-61-85 on the Rukka of PSI Rajesh Prashar, I/O PS West that on 26-10-13 at about 5.25PM when he was on patrolling at Summer Hill Road near ITI Choura Maidan along with staff one person came from Choura Maidan towards Summer Hill along with handbag. When he saw the police, he run away that person stop with the help of police staff and checked his bag, found 245 grms Chars in Polithin Packet. The case is being investigated by I/O PSI Rajesh Prashar, I/O PS West.
3. A Wrongful Restraint Case FIR No. 69/13 is registered at PS Chirgaon on 27-10-13 U/S 341,323IPC on the statement of Smt. Pinki Devi W/o Sh. Bishashwar Singh R/o Vill. Ranol, Teh. Chirgaon, Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that one Jagdish S/o Sh. Charan Dass R/o Ranol, Teh. Chirgaon obstructed her way and bet with kick and slapped. The case is being investigated by HHC Harpal Singh, I/O PS Chirgaon.
4. A Wrongful Restraint Case FIR No. 57/13 is registered at PS Jhakri on 27-10-13 U/S 342,323 IPC on the application u/s 156(3) Cr.PC by the Ld. ACJM Rampur that Yog Raj S/o Roshan Lal R/o Gamsot, Teh. Rampur, Distt Shimla said that her wife Kamla Thakur wrongfully restrained his child master Gungan at Rekong Peo and unnecessary bet his child. The case is being investigated by ASI Cheering Dorje, I/C PP Sarahan.
5. During last 24 hours 257 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act, 17 persons were challaned under Smoking Act. The total amount of Compounding fee of challans is Rs. 36,300/-.
