1. A Wrongful Restraint Case FIR No. 47/13 is registered at PS Kotkhai on 20-10-13 U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC on the complaint of Smt. Prakashi Devi W/o late Sh. Ramesh Chand R/o village Bajohaghat, PO Bagahar, Teh. Kotkhai, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that when she was going towards Bajohaghat, then Smt. Santosh, Priya & Pretty wrongfully restrained and beat her, One person named Jai Dev also used un-parliament language. The case is being investigated by HC Roshan, I/O PS Kotkhai.
2. During last 24 hours 180 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act, 04 persons were challaned under Smoking Act. The total amount of Compounding fee of challans is Rs. 22,500/-.
