1. An Act Endangering Life or Personal Safety of Others Case FIR No. 141/13 is registered at PS Theog on 18-10-13 U/S 447, 336, 34 IPC & 33 IF Act on statement of Sh. Praveen Sharma, R.O. Forest Area Theog, alleging therein that when he was on patrolling with staff near Mahasu Peak. He saw that Forest Beat Kufri & Chiyog some local people have encroached forest land at five places for Adventure Activities. When he enquired about their permission & Licence, they failed to do the same. The case is being investigated by ASI Joginder Singh, I/O PS Theog.
2. During last 24 hours 290 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act, 04 persons were challaned under Smoking Act. & 01 challaned under Mining Act. The total amount of Compounding fee of challans is Rs. 41,900/-.
