CRIME REPORT 20 OCTOBER

1.     A  Disobedience of Order Case FIR No. 97/13 is registered at PS East, Shimla on 20-10-13 U/S 188  IPC on the report of ASI Sehdev, I/O PS East, Shimla  that on 20-10-13 when he was on patrolling along with staff near Burnus Court Chotta Shimla a Jagaran was organized by Chander Kant and Rattan Kumar. During Jagaran sound system was in high pitch after 10.00PM, they committed violation in the order of high court. The case is being investigated by ASI Sehdev I/O PS  East Shimla.

2.     A Criminal Trespass Case FIR No. 142/13 is registered at PS Theog on 20-10-13 U/S 447, 323,506,34 IPC on the complaint  of Smt. Sunpa W/o Sh. Saligram R/o Kufta, PO Cheog, Tehsil Theog, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that when she along with her daughter-in-laws namely Reeta & Rekha cutting  grass in their grass land, then  Savitri W/o Sh. Sher Singh came to her land along with her daughters namely Radha & Kamla beat them & threatened for dire consequence. The case is being investigated by ASI Kamal Nain, I/C PP Fagu.

3.      A Criminal Trespass Case  FIR No. 143/13 is registered at PS Theog on 20-10-13 U/S 447,147,149,506  IPC on the complaint  of Smt. Savitri  W/o Sh. Sher Singh R/o Kufta,  PO Cheog, Tehsil Theog, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that when she along with her daughter  Radha and son Sita Ram  cutting  grass in Their grass land, then  Bhagat Singh, Chatar  Singh, Joginder S/o Saligram along with wife and mother came to her grass land and beat them & threatened for dire consequence. The case is being investigated by ASI Kamal Nain, I/C PP Fagu.

4.      A Punishment for criminal intimidation Case FIR No. 208/13 is registered at PS West, Shimla on 19-10-13 U/S 506, 34 IPC on the complaint of Prof. Suresh Kumar, Dean Studies HPU Shimla, alleging therein that on 19-10-13 Ajay Thakur, Sunny Shukla and some activist of AVBP came to V.C. Office and threatened to him to kill anywhere any time. The case is being investigated by ASI Dharmesh Dutt I/C PP Summer Hill Shimla.

5.      A Wrongful Restraint Case FIR  No. 183/13 is registered at PS Dhalli on 19-10-13U/S 341,323,34 IPC on the statement of Sh. Jeet Ram S/o Late Sh.  Lal Dass R/o Shandlu, PO Kufri, Tehsil & Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that on 17-10-2013 he and Vishnu were present at Kufri Bazar, in the mean time few unknown person came in a Car and beat them.  On the same day he could not come to the Police Station due to heavy pain and today he came to report to police. The case is being investigated by HC Ramesh Kumar, I/O PS Dhalli.  

6.     A Theft ( Accused person  has been arrested  and  stolen property  recovered ) Case 50/13  is registered at PS New Shimla on 20-10-13 U/S 379 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Amba Dutt Sharma S/o Sh. Jagat Ram Sharma R/o Village Gadali,  PO Bharana, Tehsil & PS Theog,  Distt Shimla A/P Manager Kalinga Construction Company Mahunag near BCS Shimla, alleging therein that his company construction work in progress at Vijay Nagar, Vikasnagar  &  Panthaghati. They dumped their 50 DW C plastic pipes near Mahunag Hardware Shop BCS in road side. On the intervening  night 18/19-10-13 a person named Ashwani Kumar S/o Kishan Chand R/o VPO Dhusadi, Tehsil & Distt. Una A/P Rajan Sharma Building Lower Fagli who worked in their company stolen away 41 D W C plastic pipes from the spot .The case is being investigated by HC Ram Lal, I/O PS New Shimla.

7.    During last 24 hours 160 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act, 17 persons were challaned under Smoking Act.. The total amount of Compounding fee of challans is Rs. 38,700/-.
