CRIME REPORT 19 OCTOBER

1.      A Wrongful Restraint Case FIR No.201/13 is registered at PS Sadar on 19-10-13 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Hans Raj S/O Sh. Chet Ram Sharma R/o VPO.Gumma, Teh. & Distt  Shimla, alleging therein that on 18-10-13  he was going to Solan in the vehicle alongwith his friends, when he reached near Panchayat Ghar Cart Road Shimla he got down from his vehicle to buy water and when he was going towards Gurudwara four persons named Narpat, Daya Ram, Sonu & Madan stopped his way and beat him. The case is being investigated by HC Puran Chand I/O PS Sadar, Shimla.

2.    A Breach of Trust  Case FIR No. 46/13 is registered at PS Kotkhai on 19-10-13 U/S 408 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Ajay Mohan S/o Sh. Shanker Mohan R/o Thakrot, P.O. Baghar. Teh. Kotkhai, Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that he was got a vehicle Tata 407 bearing No.             HP 66-1762  and  Arvinder  Kumar  S/o Sudarshan Singh R/o Takadla, Teh. Amb, Distt. Una was kept as a driver on it. On 11-10-13 Arvinder Kumar has gone somewhere along with vehicle,  he searched him till today but could not be traced. He has doubt that Driver Arvinder Kumar has taken away his vehicle with the intention of theft. The case is being investigated by HC Dev Krishan, PP Baggi.

3.     During last 24 hours 200 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act, 11 persons were challaned under Smoking Act.. The total amount of Compounding fee of challans is Rs. 27,500/-.
