1. A House Trespass Case FIR No. 144/13 is registered at PS Theog on 21-10-13 U/S 452,323,324,506,34 IPC on the statement of Sh. Kaul Ram S/o late Sh. Sita Ram R/o Bulan, PO Jais, Teh. Theog, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that when he was present his house along with Mohan Lal and Satya Devi, in the mean time Nand Lal, Sohan Lal and Shyam Singh entered his house and attacked them with swords and danda, They also threaten them for dire consequence. In this incident they got injuries in their head and hands. The case is being investigated by HC Ramesh Kumar I/O PS Theog.
2. A Cheating Case FIR No.202/13 in the registered at PS Sadar on 21-10-13 U/S 420 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Maheshwar Dutt Sharma R/o Vill. Nandi, PO Shakra, Teh. Karsog, Distt. Mandi, alleging therein that on 29-08-13 he received a phone call from Cell No.098038-60668& 098038-60662 offering him for Tower installation on his Land. They told that he has deposit Rs.1050/-in account No.3031101035970 at Canara Bank Shimla Branch. He deposited said money in the account on 02-09-13. Similarly he received repeatedly calls from 098038-69582 and they said that Rs.25,000/-, 35,000/- & 49,000/- deposit in the above Account No. After depositing the total amount of Rs.1,35,050/- they told him that a team will be sent soon for the installation of tower. But till date neither any team visited nor any process has started for the installation of the tower. The case is being investigated by HC Bala Ram, I/O PS Sadar.
3. During last 24 hours 176 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act, 05 persons were challaned under Smoking Act. & 02 Challaned under Mining Act. The total amount of Compounding fee of challans is Rs. 34,100/-.
