CRIME REPORT 31 DECEMBER

1. An Accident  Case FIR No. 264/13 is registered at PS West on 30-12-13 U/S 279,337 IPC on the report of  Sh. Rakesh Jain C/o Jain Departmental Store, Shop No.8, Boileauganj, Shimla, alleging therein that on 30-12-13 a Car No. HP03C-3568 hit him and also ran away. This accident occurred due to negligence and rash driving by Car Driver. In this accident he got injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Anil Kumar, I/O PS West.

2. An Accident Case FIR No. 81/13 is registered at PS Chirgaon on 30-12-13 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Jagdesh Chand S/o Sh. Sowal Ram R/o Vill. Kutra, Teh. Rohru, Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that on 30-12-13 a vehicle No. HP-01A-2823 met with an accident near Badyara. Due to rash & negligence of driver Sandeep Kumar fell down about 100 mtrs. from the main road. In this   accident 13 persons sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Kalam Singh, I/O PS Chirgaon.

3. A Fire Incident Case FIR No. 7/13 is registered at PS Sunni on 31-12-13 U/S 435, 427 IPC on the statement of Smt. Meera Sharma W/o Sh. Kuldeep Kumar Sharma R/o Vill. Katol Panyali, PO Chanawag, Teh. Sunni, Distt. Shimla A/P Pradhan GP Nehra, alleging therein that on intervening night of 30/31-12-13 some unknown person has put on fire  her vehicle Alto No. HP52A-5977. In this fire incident another vehicle No. HP52A-5447 was also damaged. The case is being investigated by SI/SHO PS Sunni.

4. A Burglary Case FIR No. 6/13 is registered at PS Sunni on 30-12-13 U/S 454, 380 IPC on the application of Sh. Hem Chand Sharma S/o Sh. Sita Ram Sharma R/o VPO Basantpur, Teh. Sunni, Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that on 30-12-13 at about 3.00PM when he returned back to home he found that some unknown person has broken the lock of door and stolen away HMT Watch amounting Rs. 700/-. The case is being investigated by SI/SHO PS Sunni.

5. A Cheating Case FIR No. 198/13 is registered at PS Rampur on 30-12-13 U/S 420 IPC on the application of Sh. Rahul Dev Sharma S/o Sh. Nand Lal R/o VPO Jhakri, Teh. Rampur, Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that on 27-08-13 he has prepared an agreement for one shop with Sh. Prem Kashmiri on monthly rent and he gave Rs. 5,00,000/- in advance. Complainant occupied the shop and started rennovation. On 10-12-13 it came to the notice that Sh. Prem Kashmiri sold the above shop to another person. The case is being investigated by ASI Karam Chand, I/O PS Rampur.

6. A Cheating Case FIR No. 244/13 is registered at PS Sadar on 30-12-13 U/S 420,467,468 IPC on the statement  of Sh. Kapil Sood S/o Sh. Rajinder Lal Sood R/o Mahashe Jeweller, 18 The Mall Shimla, alleging therein that a person Mr. Aman Bawa came in his contact and told him to sale out a plot of 7 biswa land, the owner of this land is Umesh Kumar S/o Krishan Lal R/o Abohar. The complainant paid 18 lacs 50 thousand to him through agreement for the same land on different dates and by different amount. But in the meantime during the time of registry Aman Bawa disappeared. He send a registered letter to him. After some time Aman Bawa came to Shimla and handed over a cheque of 18 Laks 50 thousand to be drawn before 14-12-13 but the  same has been dishonored  by the bank on the same date. In this way he has been cheated by Aman Bawa both ways. The case is being investigated by PSI Deepak Kumar I/O P.S Sadar.

7. A Cheating  Case FIR No. 245/13 is registered at PS Sadar on 30-12-13 U/S 416,420,467,468,471 IPC on the complaint  of Sh. Naresh Thakur Assistant Commissioner M.C Shimla,  alleging therein that on 8-12-13 during the  surprise visit by Deputy Mayor of M.C Shimla, Rajinder Verma Contractor of Lift Car Parking was found charging/collecting parking fee on their personal fake receipts book on the higher rates and though he  has cheated the general public as well as M.C Shimla. The case is being investigated by SI Babu Ram  I/O P.S Sadar.

8. A Cheating  Case FIR No 246/13 is registered at PS Sadar on 30-12-13 U/S 416,420,467,468,471 IPC on the complaint  of Sh. Naresh Thakur, Assistant Commissioner M.C Shimla,  alleging therein that on 8-12-13 during the  surprise visit by Deputy Mayor of M.C Shimla , Mr. Bittu Kumar Contractor of Car Parking below Metropole 5th floor Commercial  Complex Cart Road Simla  was found charging /collecting parking fee on their personal fake receipts book on the higher rates and though he has cheated the general public as well as M.C Shimla. The case is being investigated by ASI Mohinder Lal  I/O P.S Sadar.

1. An Accident  Case FIR No. 262/13 is registered at PS West on 30-12-13 U/S 279,337 IPC on the report of  Sh. Sunil Kumar S/o Sh. Mansa Ram R/o Vill. Bethwa, PO Chhatri, Teh. Thunag, Distt. Mandi, alleging therein that on 30-12-13 a Truck No. HR38Q-8381 hit his vehicle Truck No. HP64-1660 near Tutikandi and also  ran away. This accident occurred due to negligence and rash driving by Truck Driver of HR38Q-8381. In this accident driver Ajit Kumar got injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Sushil Kumar, I/O PP Jutogh.

1. An Accident  Case FIR No197/13 is registered at PS Rampur on 28-12-13 U/S 279,337IPC on the statement of Sh. Banarasi Dass S/o Sh. Kahan Chand R/o Theda, PO Tecklech, Teh. Rampur, Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that on 28-12-13 his vehicle Tipper No. HP06A-420 met with an accident near Theda-Naltu Nala. This accident occurred due to negligence of driver. The case is being investigated by HC Hans Raj, I/O PP Tecklech.

An Accident  Case FIR No 124/13 is registered at PS Kumarsain on 28-12-13 U/S 279,337 IPC on the report of LHC Sita, I/O PS Kumarsain that a Pick up No. HP62A-3039 and Maruti Car No. HP06-1411 met with an accident near Shramal Camp, Kumarsain. In this accident two persons sustained injuries. This accident took place due to rash and negligent driving by both vehicle drivers. The case is being investigated by LHC Sita, I/O PS Kumarsain.

3. An Accident  Case FIR No.. 261/13 is registered at PS West on 28-12-13 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Rakesh Kumar S/o Sh. Shiv Ram R/o Vill. Alapur, PO Bhihta, Teh. & Distt. Ambala a/p const./dvr. M/van No. HP-07A-0699  R&T Shimla, alleging therein that on 28-12-13 at about 5.30 PM  a private bus No. HP-63-2723 hit his vehicle near Power House. This accident occurred due to negligence and rash driving of Bus Driver. In this accident he got injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Sushil Kumar, I/O PP Jutog.

A ND&PS Case FIR No. 98/13 is registered at PS Rohru on 28-12-13 U/S 21-61-85 ND&PS Act on the report of HC Prakash Chand, I/O PP City Rohru that on 28-12-13 at about 12.30PM when he was on patrolling along with staff near Thakur Petrol Pump he recovered 55 bottles of correx Liquid from the possession of Naved S/o Sh. Shejad R/o Vill. Khajuredi, Teh. Nukar, Distt Saranpur, UP. The case is being investigated by HC Prakash Chand, I/O PP City Rohru.

1. An Accident Case FIR NO 5/13 is registered at PS Sunni on 26-12-13 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Jamuna Dass S/o late Sh. Khaban Ram R/o Vill. Basheldi, PO Reyog, Teh. Sunni, Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that on 26-12-13 at about 3.30PM a vehicle Tata PB No. 10CS-2707 met with an accident near Mandri. This accident occurred due to negligence and rash driving of driver Kartar Singh S/o Sh. Amar Nath R/o Vill Ghana, PO Bagli, Teh. Dharamshala, Distt. Kangra. The case is being investigated by SHO PS Sunni.

A Burglary  Case FIR No. 242/13 is registered at PS Sadar 27-12-13 U/S 457,380 IPC  near Lakkar Bazar Shimla some unknown person stolen away a set of golden bangles approximately  weight 4 tolas, 52 silver coins and two pairs of ear ring weight 2 tolas. The case is being investigated by HC Raj Pal I/O P.P Lakkar Bazar.

1. An Accident Case FIR No. 196/13 is registered at PS Rampur on 26-12-13 U/S 279, 337, 304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Bhupinder Singh S/o Sh. Thakur Sain R/o Vill. Jarasi, PO Narain, Teh. Rampur, Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that on 25-12-13 at about 6-15 PM a Bolero Camper No. HP-62A-2198 met with an accident near Jarasi Dhank. Due to rash & negligence of driver Rohit fell down about 100 mtrs. from the main road. In this accident one person died on spot & other two persons sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Bhagat Ram I/ C PP Taklech.

2. A Theft Case FIR No. 63/13 is registered at PS Kotkhai on 26.12.13 U/S 379 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Rakesh Chauhan S/o Sh. Surat Ram R/o VPO Sheelghat, Teh. Rohru, Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that his Mahindra Pickup No. HP 62-1842 has been stolen by some unknown culprits during the intervening night of 18/19-12-13 from village Patti Dhank. The value of stolen vehicle is about 3,91,000/- The case is being investigated by ASI Kamal Dev, I/O PS Kotkhai.

An Excise a case  FIR No. 185/13 is registered at PS Theog on 24-12-13 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act on the report of PSI Sanjeev Kumar, I/O PS Theog that on the secret information of one person he recovered 56 boxes of country Liquor Marka Rasila Santra & 7 Boxes of English Wine from the illegal possession of Kewal Ram S/o Sh. 2. An Accident FIR No. 194/13 is registered at PS Rampur on 25-12-13 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh.  Balwant Negi S/o Sh. Tara Chand Negi  R/o Vill. Rattanpur, Teh. Rampur, Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that on 25-12-10 at about  11.45 AM a A/F Mahendera Maximo  hit a  person namely Jagdish Chand S/o Kumbh Dass R/o VPO Kinnu, Tehsil Rampur, Distt Shimla. This accident occurred due to negligence and rash driving of driver Ishwar Dass Happy R/o Vill. Satangidhar, Tehsil Nirmand, Distt. Kullu. The case is being investigated by HC Shashi Bhushan I/O TTR Rampur.

An Unlawfully Assembled case FIR No 239/13 is registered at PS Sadar on 24-12-13 U/S 143,188 IPC & 109,110 Police Act on the report of SI Jai Nand I/O PS Sadar that on 24-12-13 at about 2.15 PM some BJP workers assembled  unlawfully shouted Slogans against M.C Shimla and HP Govt.  The case is being investigated by SI Jai Nand I/O P.S Sadar.

4. A Burglary Case FIR No. 4/13 is registered at PS Sunni on 25-12-13 U/S 457, 380 IPC on the statement of Sh. Prakash Chand S/o late Sh. Devi Ram R/o Vill. Kadog, PO Basantpur, Distt. Shimla at present Vice President Gram Panchyat Basantpur,  alleging therein that people of village Kadog left 10 Gas Cylinder for refilling in his Godown.  On 25.12.13 when he reached in the shop found that some unknown person has been broken the lock of the Store and stolen away 10 Gas Cylinder. The case is being investigated by SHO PS Sunni.

Bagatli, PO Surad, Sub Tehsil Nankhari, alleging therein that on 23-12-13 at about 9.00 PM a Bolero No. HP-06A-2432 met with an accident near Balupul. Due to rash & negligence of driver Rajinder Singh fell down about 150 mtrs.. In this accident five persons died on spot & other five persons sustained injuries. 2. An Accident Case FIR No.3/13 is registered at PS Sunni on 23-12-13 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Inder Singh S/o Sh. Hamir Chand R/o Vill. Teban, PO Karsog, Distt Mandii, alleging therein that on 23-12-13  a Sumo No. HP-1A-2493 hit his vehicle Maruti Zen No. HP-51A-0646 near Basantpur. This accident occurred due to negligence and rash driving of driver Ishwar Dass. The case is being investigated by ASI Vijay Kumar, I/O PS Sunni.

A Burglary Case FIR No. 260/13 is registered at PS West on 23-12-13 U/S 457, 380 IPC some unknown person have been stolen away Diamond set, golden Kangan,Two golden chain,Two lockets of gold, 3 rings, Mangle sutra, One set Kante, One set Jhum ke,Kitti set about 15 tola and currency notes of rupees 50.000/- near Post Office Totu. The case is being investigated by HC Sushil Kumar, I/O P.P Jutog.

Shimla, alleging therein that one Nepali labourar Tikka Ram working in his orchard, on 8-12-2013 he stolen away two Seizure of falco seven & five, one knife and some rice & flour etc. Total value of stolen property is Rs. 10,105/-. 1. An Accident Case FIR No. 206/13 is registered at PS Dhalli on 21-12-13 U/S 279,337 304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Atender Pandit S/o Sh. Parkash Pandit R/o Vill.  Daswan, P.O Dughai, Tehsil Tumkuiraj, P.S Bishanpura, Distt. Kushi Nagar (UP) A/P Rahat Mehal Mashobra, alleging therein that on 21-12-2013 at about 10.05PM a Pick-up No. HP63-1239 met with an accident near Mashobra. Due to rash & negligence of driver Tota Ram @ Daleep fell down about 100 mtrs.. In which two persons got injured and one person namely Kanhiya Lal died on spot. The case is being investigated by HC Daljeet Singh I/O P.P Mashobra.

1. An Accident Case FIR No. 115/13 is registered at PS East on 21-12-13  U/S 279,337 IPC  on the statement of Sh. Yog Raj S/o Sh. Ram Lal Thakur R/o Vill. Ganahatti, PO Shakrah, Teh. & Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that on 21-12-13 at about 12.15 PM one tipper No.HP-63B-0339 met with an accident near Beoulia. Due to rash & negligence of driver this vehicle fell down about 100 mtrs. In which three persons got injured. The case is being investigated by HC Mohan Dutt I/O PS East.

2. An Accident Case FIR No. 60/13 is registered at PS Jhakri on 21-12-13 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Pamba Dorjee S/o Sh. Sonam Angrup R/o Vill. Tingrik, Teh. Udaipur, Distt. Lahul & Spiti, alleging therein that on 21-12-13 at about 8.05 AM a Indico Car No.HP-01K-3851 met with an accident near Army Camp Jhakri. Due to rash & negligence of driver this vehicle fell down about 50 mtrs. In which two persons got injured. The case is being investigated by ASI Narinder Singht I/O PS Jhakri.

CRIME REPORT 20 DECEBER

1.      An Accident Case FIR No. 258/13 is registered at PS West on 19-12-13 U/S 279, 304A IPC on the report of ASI Amar Nath I/O PS West that near Tara Devi a Maruti Car No. DL-8CB-1676 fell down about 200mtrs from the main road. One person namely Harish  died at the spot. The case is being investigated by ASI Amar Nath I/O PS West.

2.      An Accident Case FIR No. 62/13 is registered at PS Kotkhai on 19-12-13 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Shaket Ali S/o Sh. Jalal Din R/o Vill. Charubag, PO Chailnair, Teh. Kotkhai, alleging therein that today at about 3.55 pm a Maurti Car No. HP09C-1556 met with an accident near Chrubag. Due to rash & negligence of driver this vehicle  fell down 100 mtrs. In which Amit S/o Sh. Naryan Dass R/o Vill. Jalth, PO Chalnair, Teh. Kotkhai got injured. The case is being investigated by ASI Kamal Dev I/O PS Kotkhai.

3.      A Rioting Case FIR No. 237/13 is registered at PS Sadar on  20-12-13 U/S 147,149,427 IPC & 3 PDP Act on the statement of Sh. Dinesh Thakur S/o Sh. Rameshwar Dass R/o Shanti Sadan Lower Phagli, Shimla A/P J.E,  R & B Department, M.C Shimla, alleging therein that on 16-12-13 he was executing  the work of  R/Wall/Fencing of the area of M.C Qtrs at May Field Lalpani, Shimla by providing M.S railing.  Three Nos. of  M.S pipe railing panels were fixed at site. On 17-12-13 at 11.00 AM some people suddenly removed the said railing.  Next day same work was restored by M.C Shimla. On 19-12-13 Sh. Rajeev informed him that said railing have been again removed by some people and caused damages to the M.C Property. The case is being investigated by ASI Lachmmi Singh I/O P.S Sadar.

CRIME REPORT 19 DECEMBER

1. An Accident Case FIR No. 55/13 is registered at PS Nerwa on 19-12-13 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Gian Chand S/o Sh. Kamla Nand R/o Vill. Kashyali, PO Larot, Teh. Chirgoan, Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that on 18-12-13 when he went from Kharshali to Sarain, Teh. Chopal alongwith Surinder and Dula Ram in his vehicle No. HP-63-0693 Bolero Camper, when they reached near Bhatti nala at 12.20 am above vehicle met with an accident. Due to rash & negligence of driver this vehicle fell down 15-20 mtrs. Both sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Kalyan Singh, I/O PS Nerwa.

2. An Indian Forest Act Case FIR No. 54/13 13 is registered at PS Nerwa on 18-12-13 U/S 447, 34 IPC & 32, 33 IF Act on the written complaint of Sh. Bhim Singh, B.O. Forest, Neol Tikkri, alleging therein that accused person Pardhan Jai Dutt, Vice Pradhan Duni Chand Panday, Secretary Gian Chauhan, Cashier Smt. Tara Chauhan, Member Khumb Dass and Kewal Ram have constructed  road  from Nelthi Khad to Meanuti, Kiran, Thangar and Bogdhaar in Gram Panchyat Kiran and further construction was   allotted by D.C. Shimla under B.D.O. Chopal during  the year 2009-2010 to 2011-2012 as per the demarcation report Naib Tehsildar Forest Division Shimla, they have encroached govt. Land Meanuti U.P.F Sheelgaon, Thithawalli  &  Kandakhai D.P.F on  1-04-71 hec.. The Case  is  being investigated by SHO PS Nerwa.

3. A Theft Case FIR No. 61/13 is registered at PS Kotkhai on  19-12-13 U/S 379 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Vishal Paterwal, Assistant Engineer Electricity Sub Division HPSEB Ltd. Kotkhai, alleging therein that on 18-12-2013 some unknown persons have stolen away Copper wire from 25 kva/.4 kv transformer at Kalemoo. The case is being investigated by HC Roshan Lal, I/O PS Kotkhai.

4. A Theft Case FIR No. 236/13 is registered at PS Sadar on 19-12-13 U/S 379 IPC on the statement of Sh. Bhushan Sharma S/o Sh. Babu Ram, Criminal Ahlmud Court No. 3 Shimla, alleging therein that during intervening night of 16/17-12-13 some unknown person has stolen away one Tyre and some Petrol from his  Maruti Car  No. HP 52A- 2974 near Auckland Tunnel Lakkar Bazar Shimla. The Case is being investigated by HC Raj Pal, I/O PP Lakkar Bazar.

CRIME REPORT 18 DECEMBER

1. A ND&PS case FIR No 205/13 is registered at PS Dhalli on 17-12-2013 U/S 20 ND&PS Act on the report of HC Lekh Ram I/O PP Sanjauli that when he was on patrolling along with staff near Kala Dhank, one person namely Ajay Pal S/o late Sh. Aan Dass R/o Khrot Dhak, PO Shashli started running by seeing police officials. During his personal search 58gm.579ml. of Charas has been recovered from his possession. Accused has been arrested in this case. The case is being investigated by HC Lekh Ram, I/O PP Sanjauli.

An  Excise Case FIR No. 234/13 is registered at PS Sadar on 17-12-13 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the report of ASI Paramjeet Saini I/O P.S Sadar that on the secret information of one person he recovered 60 bottles of country Liquor Marka Darling from the illegal possession of Balwant S/o Sh Mohan Singh Vill. Jalail PO Shoghi Distt Shimla.

An Excise Case FIR No. 2/13 is registered at PS Sunni on 17-12-13 U/S 39, 33, 13 HP Excise Act on the report of SI Tara Chand, SHO PS Sunni that on the secret information of one person he recovered 57 bottles of country Liquor from the possession of Hotel Owner Randhir Thakur S/o Sh. Khem Raj Thakur R/o Vill. Dishti, PO Sainj, Teh. Sunni, Distt. Shimla.

An Accident Case FIR No. 60/13 is registered at PS Kotkhai on 17-12-13 U/S 279,379 IPC on the report of ASI Kamal Dev I/O PS Kotkhai that near Nehari Nala a  vehicle bearing No. HP03D-2004 met with an accident. This accident took place due to rashness and negligence of Driver Kamal Chand S/o late Sh. Hari Man R/o Vill. Gundsa, Teh. Jubbal, Distt. Shimla, 5 persons sustained multiple injuries. 5. An Accident Case FIR No.257/13 is registered at PS West on 17-1213 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh, Charan Singh Chaudhari  S/o late Sh. Dina Nath R/o Vill. Hira Nagar, Teh. & Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that on 17-12-2013 at 3.15 PM, when he was sitting outside the shop the Bus No. HP63-3347 of HRTC hit a parked vehicle Nos. HP63-0428, HP52A-7013 and broken the stairs of Kuldeep Singh and thereafter fell down. The passengers and driver got injured. The case is being investigated by SI Harish Kumar, I/C PP Jutog.

6. A Theft Case FIR No. 182/13 is registered at PS Theog on 18-12-13 U/S 379, 34 IPC on the statement of Sh. Ramesh Hetta S/o Sh. Nand Ram  R/o Vill. Premghat, PO & Teh. Theog, Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that on 17-12-13 he parked his M/Car bearing No. HP09A-1850 near C.H. Theog at 8-00 PM. But on 18-12-2013 the above veheicle was not present on the spot .The above vehicle has been stolen by some known person. The cost of stolen vehicle Rs. 1,25,000/-.The above  stolen vehicle has been   recovered.  The case is being investigated by HC Het Ram I/O PP Fagu.

1.      An Accident Case FIR No. 193/13 is registered at PS Rampur on 17-1213 U/S 279,337 IPC P.S. on the statement of Sh, Ganga Sahae S/o Sh. Dil Bahadur R/o VPO Pangi, Teh. Kalpa, Distt. Kinnaur, alleging therein that on 16-12-13 when he was traveling in Gypsy No HP 06B-0004 with driver Pramod Kumar and  near Dakolar driver lost control over the Gypsy and hit a Bus bearing No. HP-26-0253. Both sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Bakshi Ram I/O PS Rampur.

2.      An Accident Case FIR No. 96/13 is registered at PS Rohru on 17-12-13 U/S 279, 304A IPC on the report of PSI Vivek Gautam I/O PS Rohru that near Barara Village a Maruti Car No. HP10A-0778 fell down about 100mtrs from the main road. Two persons namely Praveen Kumar S/o Lt. Sh. Chander Singh R/o Vill. Sharan (Pandranu), Teh. Jubbal, Distt. Shimla and Sumit @ Roni S/o LT. Sh. Krishan Chand R/O Vill. Gangtoli, Teh. Rohru died at spot. The case is being investigated by PSI Vivek Gautam I/O PS Rohru.

3.      A Resistance of obstruction by a person to his lawful apprehension Case  FIR No. 181/13 is registered at PS Theog on 17-12-13 U/S 224  IPC  on the application  of HHC Bali Ram, Police Line Bilaspur that on 17-12-13 complainant along with  Const. Chaman Lal and accused Balbir Singh  at about  4-00 AM left Shimla to Chopal  in light vehicle  to produce the accused person in Ld. Court of Judicial Magistrate  Chopal in case FIR No. 35/09 dt 18-06-09 U/S 379,34 IPC & 41,42 IF Act. When they  reached at Balghar Kanchi at 7.00 AM accused Balbir  Singh ran away from their custody. They searched him everywhere in the Jungle, but could not find him . The case is being investigated by ASI Santokh Singh I/O PS Theog.

4.      A Burglary Case FIR No. 56/13 is registered at PS Kotkhai on 16-12-13 U/S 457, 380 IPC on the statement of Sh. Pradeep Kumar, Manager UCO Bank Baggi, alleging therein that during intervening night of 15/16-12-13 some unknown persons have broken the back side window & iron grills of UCO Bank and entered in side and damaged computers & CCTV Camera etc. and also tried to break Bank Locker. He has  stolen away one LCD (Computer), amounting to Rs. 20,000/-. The case is being investigated by HC Dev Krishan, I/O PP Baggi.

5.      A Burglary Case FIR No.  256/13 is registered at PS West on 17-12-13 U/S 457, 380 IPC  on the statement of Sh. Hemant Sharma S/o Sh. Sehdev Sharma R/o VPO Shoghi, Teh. & Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that on 16-12-2013 after closing his shop at 8.00PM he went to home. On 17-12-2013 morning when he reached his shop he found one lap top, 20 sets of  Mobiles( Nokia ,Samsung, Micromax, Lava and Intex) and Memories cards 15/20 were stolen by some unknown person. Total cost of above is near about 75/80 thousands. The case is being investigated by HC Laiq Ram, I/O PP West.

1. A ND&PS Case FIR No. 114/13 is  registered at PS  East on 16-12-13 U/S 20-61-85 ND& PS Act on the report of  HC Ramesh Kumar, I/O P.P Kasumpti Shimla that on 16-12-13 when he was on Naka duty alongwith staff near Malyana, one person namely Anil Sharma @ Neelu S/o Sh. Ram Ditu Sharma R/o H.No 18/1 Bhagirath Niwas Kasumpti, Shimla coming from Malyana to  Mehli started running by seeing police officials. During his personal search  35 grms of Charas has been recovered from his possession. Accused has been arrested in this case. The case is being investigated by HC Ramesh Kumar I/O PP Kasumpti.

2. An Accident Case FIR No. 53/13 is registered at PS Nerwa on 16-12-13 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Tek Chand S/o Sh. Kitwa Ram R/o Vill. Kayarla, PO Kedi, Teh.& PS Nerwa, alleging therein that on 15-12-13 at 6.10PM while he was standing near his shop at old bus stand Nerwa, a Maruti Car bearing No. HP-08A-1085 came in  over speed and hit him and also  ran away. In this incident he sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Hem Raj I/O PS Nerwa.

1. An Indian Forest Act  Case FIR No. 192/13 is registered at PS Rampur on 14-12-13 U/S 379 IPC & 41,42 IF Act on the application of Sh. Devi Dass, Range Officer Nankhari, alleging therein that on 12-12-13 Swapna Devi, Forest Guard Chhakti Beat informed him three person namely Sunder Singh S/o Atma Ram, Sesu Ram S/o Sume Ram, Bittu Ram S/o Sh. Ram Dass R/o Vill. Bastadhar, Nankhari cut away Four Tree of Devdar in the forest beat Chakkti, total value of stolen property is Rs 11,78,428. Accused person ran away from the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Uttam Kumar, I/O PP Nankhari.

Dholpur, Rajsthan, alleging therein that on 13-12-13 in the intervening night his Tractor bearing No. PB 03-0446 has been stolen from on the road some unknown person. 2.     A Theft Case FIR No- 112/13 is registered at PS  East on  13.12.13  U/S 379 IPC & 25 IT Act. on the report  of ASI Sehdev Dutt I/O PS East Shimla that during the patrolling with staff at Five Bench found two person with bag ,when they checked  the bag,  they found Cable wire from the bag length about 56 feet .Cable wire cut down / theft from Five Bench Jhakoo. Name of the person is Mohan Bhadur S/o Lt Sh Pradhan R/o Dhara near Machhiwali Kothi and Hitender S/o Late Sh Shivdyal R/o Dhara Nr PWD store US Club. The Case is being  investigated  by ASI Sehdev Dutt I/O PS East Shimla .

Janak Chand R/o Sawati Niwas Danda, alleging therein that on 11-12-13 at 9-00PM when he  along with Pankaj Thakur & Surinder Thakur reached near Sharog, they found  that a vehicle bearing No. HP52A-4777 met with an accident. In this accident Sanjeev Kumar S/o Sh. Shankar Lal R/o Vill. Girb, PO Chaili, Teh. & Distt. Shimla died on the way when he was being brought to IGMC. The case is being investigated by ASI Harish Kumar, I/O PP Jutog.

                                  THREE DAY WORKSHOP FROM 11-12-13 TO 13-12-13

 

                                    For improving Police Public interface, a workshop is being organized by the Police Department at Peter Hoff. The workshop was inaugurated today by the Director General of Police, HP and Vice Chancellor, Professor  A.D.N. Bajpaye was the guest of honor. The Director General of Police, Sh. Sanjay Kumar in his inaugural address emphasized the challenges for police posed by rapid social challenges and how it is impacting police working. The Vice Chancellor, Professor  A.D.N. Bajpaye in his address focused on the transition taking places in society and how police can deal with is effectively. Professor Mamta Gupta has spoken about police image and steps to be taken by the department. Mr. Joydeep Nayaik, IG Orissa touched the aspect of Media and police image. Lastly the Mayor of Shimla, Sh. Sanjay Chauhan and Deputy Mayor Sh. Tikender Panwar expressed their views about the concept of friendly Police Station. The participants were from the rank of ASI to Addl. Superintendent of Police. Meaningful exchange of views took place in the workshop.

An Accident Case FIR No. 252/13  is registered at PS West on 10-12-13 U/S 279, 337, 304A IPC  on the report of ASI Bhagi Rath, I/O PS West that  a vehicle  Alto K-10 bearing  No. HP63B-0153 met with  an accident  near Harinagar and fell 250 mtrs down  in the Khad. In this  incident Ms. Minakashi expired &  her father Baljinder Kumar Sharma admitted in IGMC Shimla. The Case is  being investigated  by ASI Bhagi Rath, I/O PS West.

2. An Accident Case FIR No. 191/13 is registered at PS Rampur on 10-11-2013 U/S 279,337 IPC on the rukka of HC Ram Lal, I/O PS Rampur, Distt. Shimla that tipper No. HP 06A-2770 hit a motor cycle bearing No. HP26A-0607 near SSB Complex Nogali. This accident took place due to  rashness and negligence of Driver Surjeet Singh and Motor cycle rider Rajender Singh sustained multiple injuries and referred to IGMC Shimla for further treatment. The case is being investigated by HC Ram Lal, I/O PS Rampur.

3. An Accident Case FIR No. 62/13 is registered at PS Chopal on 10-12-13 U/S 279,379 IPC on the statement of Sh. Girish Thakur S/o Sh. Attar Singh R/o Ward No. 1 Chopal, Tehsil & PS Chopal, Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that on 10-12-13 at about 9:00 PM, a vehicle bearing No. HP 08A-1497 Car came rashly from Chopal side and fell down. There was no damage to life in this accident. The case is being investigated by ASI Pratap Singh,  I/O PS Chopal.

1. A Cheating Case FIR No. 176/13 is registered at PS Theog on 10-12-13 U/S 409, 420, 468, 471 IPS on the application of Sh. Prakash Kalta Pradhan, GP Kuthar, Teh. Theog, Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that Narender Lal when he was   Panchayat Secretary Kuthar had withdrawn about 3/3.50 lakhs from the accounts of  Gram Panchyant Kuthar by way of cheating and putting false signature. 2. A Theft Case FIR No. 229/13 is registered at PS Sadar on 10-12-13 U/S 379 IPC & 25 Indian Telegraphic Act.  on the on line complaint of Sh. Durga Dutt Verma S/o Sh. Sita Ram Verma J.T.O., C.T.O The Mall Shimla,  alleging therein that some unknown person has stolen 5 pair cable measuring approx.600 mtrs. from Mini Kuftadhar area and 20/10 pair cable measuring approx. 100 mtrs. from Padam Dev complex Ridge area  on 08-12-2013 amounting to  Rs.12600. The case is being investigated by HC Bala Ram,  I/O P.S. Sadar.

1. An Accident Case FIR No. 58/13 is registered at PS Jhakri on 08-12-13 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of  Sh. Bhanu  Pratap S/o Sh. Mohan Lal R/o Vill. Majhewali, PO Dofda, Tehsil Rampur, Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that while he was going in his motor cycle towards Jeori, one Motor Cycle Rider coming from opposite side hit him with his bike bearing No. HP-34A-8605 near  Manglad  Khad, result of which caused injuries to both riders and are admitted in MGMSC  Khaneri. The case is  being investigated by ASI Narender Singh, I/O PS Jhakri.

2. An Accident  Case FIR No. 175/13 is registered at PS Theog on  08-12-13 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Amar Singh S/o Sh. Sunder Lal R/o Vill. Satal, PO Stog, Teh. Theog, Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that on 06-12-13 when he came back to home from Chandigarh alongwith  Dvr. Madan Lal S/o Sh. Nek Ram R/o Vill. Kadrar, PO Cheog, Teh. Theog in pick -up No. HP 63B-1224,  at about 3.30 pm when they reached near Karothi Nala Dvr.  Madan Lal lost control on vehicle and fell down 50/60 mtrs. from the road. In this accident they both got injured. This accident occurred due to rash and negligence driving of Dvr.  Madan Lal.  The case is being investigated by HC Het Ram, I/O PP Fagu.

3. A Cheating Case FIR No. 76/13 is registered at PS Chirgaon on 09-12-13 U/S 419,420,379 IPC on the statement of Sh. Devinder Singh S/o Sh. Bansi Lal R/o Vill. Amboi, Teh. Chirgaon,  Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that on 26-09-13 one Sh. Sain Singh S/o Sh. Surma Singh R/o Vill. Nakorpo Arakot  Uttrakhand cheated him and told that he is   CID Inspector and took  Rs. 20000/- & also stolen   Rs.20000/-  from the  bag of  his son  at Shimla. Accused person also cheated  another persons  Mr. Kishore Kumar by taking Rs.  30000/- & Tisli Ram by taking Rs. 8000/- . The case is being investigated by HC Puran Chand, I/O PS Chirgaon.

Fakeer Chand  R/o 124 Sunder Building 123 Near Luv Kush Chowk Krishna Nagar Shimla  and  recovered 12 bottles country liquor marka Suroor from the possession. The Case is being Investigated by  HC  Ravinder Choudhary  I/O P.S Sadar Shimla .

An Accident  Case  FIR No. 173/13 is registered at PS Theog on 07.12.13 U/S 279,304A IPC on the statement Kanwar Sita Ram S/o Kewal Ram R/o Boad  P.O Basadhar Teh Theog Distt.Shimla, alleging therein that  07.12.13 at 01.40 PM  he was working in his garden he heard some sound when he went  on the spot he saw a Maruti Car No HP09C-1978 fall down 25/30 mts from the road two person namely Inder Singh and driver  Bittu  sit in  this car . Inder Singh died in this accident and Bittu got injuries. This accident due to rash and negligent driving of driver. The  Case   is being investigated by ASI  Sunil  Kumar I/O PS Theog.

3. An Accident  Case FIR  No. 174/13 is registered at PS  Theog  on 07.12.13 U/S 279,337 IPC and 187 MV Act on the application of Rakesh  S/o Rai Singh  R/o Devthi P.O. Sari  Teh. Chopal Distt Shimla, alleging therein that  on  07.12.13 at 08.05 PM he stood at Prem Ghat chowk alongwiht his father and brother that unknown pick-up came toward Rampur side rash and negligent and roll down his father  left leg  and run away from the spot towards Chailla side. The  Case  is being  investigated by HC Ramesh  Chand  I/O PS  Theog.

An Accident Case FIR No. 251/13  is registered at  PS  West Shimla  on 07.12.13 U/S 279,304-A IPC on the  the  rukka of  HC Ravinder Kumar  I/O PS west , alleging  therein that on the promissory note was filed on 12/07/13 Mr. Satish Kumar reported today confirms this situation  village  Bhag he  reached the village stage near about 200 meters down the road from where the machine on which JCB was fall down. A person's  dead body had kept up  on the spot , destruction to destroy the forehead , head , neck and body parts and clothes in the blood & injuries was also. Driver Chander Kumar was working this morning, lonely road cutting . The Case is being investigated by  HC Ravinder  Kuamr  I/O PS west Shimla .

This accident  due to negligent driving of driver Sunil  Kumar. The Case Is being  investigated by ASI Karam Chand  I/O  PS Rampur.
