- An Attempt to Murder case FIR No. 217/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 11.06.2015 U/S 307,34 IPC on the statement of Smt. Meera Devi W/o Sh. Basant Lal R/o village Syahi, PO Dhundan, Tehsil Arki, Distt. Solan presently residing at Manorma Niwas near Durga Temple Dhalli Shimla, age 28 year stated therein that her husband Basant Lal working as a porter. On 09.06.2015, her neighbourer Pyare Lal informed her telephonically that her husband was lying near ATM chowk at Dhalli Shimla and police brought him IGMC Shimla for treatment. On 10.06.2015 at 02.30 PM when her husband come to sense and told her that after purchasing bidi, when he was coming to quarter, on the way two persons namely Pummy & Hemraj, who are also working as porter, met him. After that Hem Raj R/o village Samadi, Tehsil Namhol, Bilaspur hit him on his neck and he fell down on the road and become unconscious. Now her husband again become unconscious because his neck has been broken. Above both persons have hit her husband with rod on the neck with the intention to kill him. The case is being investigated by SI Desh Raj, I/O PS Dhalli.
- During the last 24 hours total 255 vehicles Challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act,. Total Challan compounded = 157 and fine realized Rs 43,800/-
Follow up
- Accused Suneel R/o Village Kalyopab, PO Kotlabani, Tehsil Rajgarh, Distt. Sirmour arrested in case FIR No. 81/15 U/S 354,506 IPC & 25-54-59 Arms Act PS Theog, today sent to judicial remand by the trial court upto 24.06.2015.
