A Theft case FIR No.66/15 dated 22-04-2015 has been registered at PS Rampur U/S 379,34 IPC on the statement of Sh Vivek S/o Sh Ravinder R/o Village Gadyara PO Uperli Khoti, Nagrota Bagwan, age 23 a/p security guard Kiloskar Hydro Power Project Rajpura stated therein that on 22-04-2015 at about 11.45 am during duty, he two persons Ram Lal S/o Sh. Kali Ram R/o Village Sachor PO, Teh & PS Khalanga ward no 1, Aanchal Beri, Distt Rukkam Nepal a/p Sharawan Kumar R/o Village Gharat, PO Sarahan age 21 years and Vijay Thapa S/o Sun Bahadur R/o Village Magarpur PO Kapurukaot, Tehsil Sinmang, ward no 7, Aanchal Rapti Nepal a/p Helper C/o Ranga Raju .com rajpura age 25 years, carrying pithu bag, came to the road. During checking the bags stolen scrab from Kiloskar Hydro Power Project Rajpura recovered from their bags. The case is being investigated by ASI Ishwar Singh I/C PP Teckelch.
An Accident Case FIR No. 51/15 has been registered at PS Jhakri on 22.04.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC on the Statement of Sh. Bajoru Ram S/O Lt. Sh. Shanu Ram R/O Batali, PO Kartot, Tehsil Rampur, Distt. Shimla age 65 years stated therein that on 22.04.2015 he was going to Rampur in the vehcile NO HP-06A-5978 Alto Car alongwith Shyam Lal S/O Sh. Surju Ram R/O Majhbalu PO Surad Sub-Tehsil Nankhari Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla. At about 09-00 AM, when they reached at the curve of Browni Khaad, above vehicle met with an accident due to rash & necligent driving of Shyam Lal. In this incident they sustained injuries. The Case is being investigated by HC Noop Ram I/O PS Jhakri.
An Attempt to Murder case FIR No. 89/15 has been registered at PS West on 23.03.2015 U/S 307,336,427,34 IPC & 25-54-59 Arms Act on the application of Sh. Tushar Goyal S/o Sh. Yogesh Goel R/o House No. 2, Green Park, Dhanuke Moga, Punjab stated therein that he alongwith his friend Sidharth came to Hotel Peterhoff, Shimla to attend the marriage. Three persons namely Harpreet Singh, Varun Vaid & Sunny Lakhanpal were also met with him in the marriage. After attending the marriage, when they were going back to Chandigarh in his vehicle No. PB-29M-0017 (Innova) they found that one vehicle No. HP03D-2281 was following them. The persons in vehicle No. HP03D-2281 were equipped with Revoler and were followed with the intention to kill them. But they escaped themselves and returned back to Hotel Peterhoff. Where the above persons also come their & fired two rounds & damaged their car with rods. The investigation is being conducted by ASI Ajit Singh I/O PS West.
A Burglary Case FIR NO. 91/15 CASE FIR NO. 90/15 has been registered at PS West on dated 23.04.2015 U/S 457, 380 IPC on the statement of Sh. Om Prakash S/O sh. Hilu Rma R/o Vill. Paboda, PO Chanog, Shimla alleging therein that at about 4.45 AM he found that his jewelry gold ornaments has taken away by unknown culprit from his house. The case is being investigated by ASI Mohan Lal I/O PP Jatogh, PS West, Shimla.
During the last 24 hours total 196 vehicles Challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act. Total Challan compounded = 68 and fine realized Rs 25,800/-
