1. An Excise Act case FIR No 35/15 has been registered at PS Kumarsain today on16-4-15 U/S 39(1) H.P Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Lachhi Ram I/O P.S Kumarsain alleging therein that today at about 11-00 am when he along with staff was on pattrolling near Bhikam Raj Sweet Shop at main Bazar Kumarsain he intercepted one person namely Arvind Parkesh @ Chairya S/o lt Sh.Basant Ram R/o Vill Matog Tehsil Kumarsain age 55 years and recovered 12 bottles of contry liquor marka una no-1 from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Lachhi ram I/O P.S Kumarsain.
2. During the last 24 hours total 209 vehicles Challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act, 05 Challan under Smoking Act. Total Challan compounded = 132 and fine realized Rs 44,900/-

2. Accused Dhan Singh S/o Sh. Karan Singh R/o Jagdish Bhawan near Shanan Teh. & Distt Shimla arrested in case FIR No. 150/15 Dt. 14-4-2015 U/s 20,21,22 -61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Dhalli sent on Judicial custody upto 27-04-2015
3. Accused Himanshu Atwal S/O Sh Prem Singh Atwal R/O Atwal Niwas near Dilshant Estate Kuftadhar Tehsil and Distt Shimla arrested in case FIR No. 74/15 dated 13-04-2015 U/S 21,22-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Sadar sent on Judicial Custody
4. Accused Naveen Kumar @ Naku S/O Late Sh. Joginder Singh R/O Ghalayat P.O Chambi Tehsil Chopal Distt. Shimla HP has been arrested in case FIR No 28/14 Dt. 12.04.2015 U/S 20 ND&PS Act at PS East sent on Judicial custody for 14 days.
5. Accused Ravi Kumar S/O Jagar Nath R/O Quarter Parmar Building Near Palace Hotel Jakhoo Shimla age 36 year arrested in Case FIR No.14/15 U/S 457,380 IPC at PS East sent on Judicial custody for 14 days.
