Crime Report On dated 22nd April, 2018.

1. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 98/18 has been registered at PS West on 22.04.2018 U/S 279 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh. Lekh Raj Verma S/o Sh. Moti Ram R/o Vill. Saijdi, PO Sainj, Tehsil Sunni, Distt Shimla presently SO Advance Study Shimla stated therein that on dated 21.04.2018 at about 11.30 PM when he reached near Rain Shelter Summerhill in his own Maruti car 800 No. HP-17C-9944, a swift Car No. HP 26B-2143 in which four boys were sitting come rashly and hit his above car and driver Shivakar Negi run away from the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Manoj Kumar I/O PP Summerhill, PS West, Shimla.        
2. A Cheating: Case FIR No. 24/18 has been registered at PS Chirgaon  today on 22.04.2018 U/S 420, 467,468, 471 IPC on the complaint of Divisional Incharge (DO) Shimla The New India Assurance Company ltd. 3^rd Floor, Block 7, SDA Complex Kasumpti, SHimla-9 alleging therein that one Sh. Kamal Kumar S/o Sh. Barket Ram Nagpal R/o G-1/1392, Block G-1, Daimin Road Uttam Nagar, New Delhi has filed fake & forged insurance of his vehicle No. DL-1GC-2621 for the accidental claim which was involved in accident case registered on 01.10.2014 at PS Chirgaong, in the Ld court. The case is being investigated by HC Jagat Ram I/O PS Chirgaong.     
3. During last 24 hours 313 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 119 fine collected Rs. 52,700/-, 09 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 900/- .

1.    Accused i) Ajay Parsad S/O Sh. Ram Bahadur Village Shiv Colony Shahjadpur Tehsil Narayangarh Distt. Ambla Haryana age age 23 years,  ii) Santosh Kumar S/O Sh. Ram Dass R/O Vill. Samarsheel Po Karari Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla HP, and iii) Kapil Garg S/O Sh Ashwani kumar Garg R/o Vill. Kheda Mahoulla Vilaspur PO & Teh Vilaspur Distt.Yamuna Nagar HR, age 30 years arrested in Case FIR No. 121/17 Dt. 21.07.2017 U/S 457 380 34 IPC at PS Rampur, further remanded in Police Custody upto  24.04.2018, by the Ld. Court. 

2.    Accused i) Irfan S/O Sh. Nasru R/o Mohalla Sahajmal, PS Kithor, Distt Mearut, UP age 23 arrested in Case FIR No. 221/16 Dt. 27.08.2016 U/S 457 380 411 34 IPC at PS Sadar Shimla on dated 21.04.2018, further remanded in Police Custody upto  23.04.2018, by the Ld. Court.

3.    Accused Dinender Mourya S/O Sh. Ram Babu Mourya R/O Goal Pahari Maharajbad P.S. Janak Ganj Tehsil Gwalior M.P. has been arrested  In Case FIR NO 94/18 Date  18.04.2018 U/S  323,452,354,376,506 IPC  P.S. West Shimla on dated 22.02.2018 at 3:00P.M at P.S. West. He  will be produced before Ld JMIC-3  Shimla on dated 23.04.2018.
