Crime Report on April 11, 2018

1. AN ACCIDENT: Case  FIR No. 21/18 has been registered at PS Nerwa on  10.04.2018 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of  Sh. Balbir Singh S/O Sh.  Jalam Singh R/O Village Manal PO Kando Bhatnol Tehsil  Shillai Distt. Sirmour stated therein that on 10.04.2018 at about 01-00 PM, he was  going from  Faidiz Pul to  Minas in  the vehicle No UK16CA-0268 Pick-UP, driven by Prem Dutt Joshi S/O Sh. Deep Ram Joshi R/O Vill Timra PO Koti Tehsil Kalsi Distt Dehra Doon UK. As he reached  near Antroli, above  vehicle met with an accident and rolled down from the road due to rash & negligent driving of Prem Dutt. In this accident, three persons sustained injuries.  The case is being investigated by ASI Gurdev Singh I/O PS Nerwa.
2. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 47/18 has been registered at PS Rohru on 10.04.2018 U/S 279 337 IPC on the rukka of ASI Shanti Swaroop, I/O PS Rohru, Shimla alleging therein that on 10.04.2018 at about 07-15 PM, two vehicle Nos. HP10A-9521 (Alto Car) & HP63B-1956 (Truck) collided with each-other at Sandhora, due to rash & negligent driving of Alto car driver. In this accident, 04 persons including Truck driver sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Shanti Swaroop, I/O PS Rohru.  
3. During last 24 hours 644 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 419 fine collected Rs. 1,30,000/- and 28 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 2,800/-.

FOLLOW UP

1.    Accused Rinku Negi @ Vicky S/o Sh. Chaman Lal R/o Village Dhara PO Banchhuch Tehsil & PS Rohru District Shimla, arrested in Case FIR No. 18/18 U/S 363 366 IPC at PS Jubbal, is remanded in Police custody upto 13.04.2018, by the Ld. Court.
