Crime Report on 27 April, 2018

1.    AN ACCIDENT case FIR No. 48/18 has been registered at PS Rampur on 26-04-2018 u/s 279,337,304A IPC on the rukka of ASI Amar Singh I.O PS Rampur alleging therein that in the intervening night of 26-04-2018 one Motorcycle No. PB12P-2201 hit a bull on the road due to rash and negligent driving of Naveen Kumar. In this accident one person sustained injuries and one lady namely Anjali D/o Daulat Ram Vill. Chadeni died on the spot.

2.     AN ACCIDENT case FIR No. 49/18 has been registered at PS Rampur on 26-04-2018 u/s 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Umesh Chauhan S/o Sh. Lachhi Nand R/o Vill Shanathli PO Khaneri Tehsil Rampur stated therein that on 26-04-2018 he was going towards Rohru in Vehicle No. HP03T-4381 along with Jai Ram, Amar Singh and Daleep Singh. When they reached near Sharan above vehicle met with an accident due to rash and negligent driving of driverDaleep Singh. In this accident all four persons sustained injuries.

3.    AN ACCIDENT case FIR No. 24/18 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 27-04-2018 u/s 279,337,304 A IPC on the statement of Sh. Ajay Kumar S/o Sh. Suresh Kumar R/o Vill Dilvi  PO Panog Tehsil Kotkhai Distt. Shimla stated therein that today at about 12-30PM he alongwith his friend Aazib S/o Sharif Vill Saari PO Hatkoti Tehsil Jubbal were going to Gumma in vehicle No. HP10-0890. At about    12-30 PM when they reached at Manewali link road Aazib lost control over the vehicle and rolled down from the road.  In this accident he sustained injuries and Aazib died on the way to Kotkhai hospital. The case is being investigated by HC Ashok Kumar I.O PS Kotkhai.

4.      AN ACCIDENT case FIR No. 48 /18 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 27-04-2018 u/s 279,337 IPC on the rukka of HC Bhupinder Singh I.O PP Sainj alleging therein that as Maruti Baleno No. HP71-6208 met with an accident near Kepu NH-5 due to rash and negligent driving of driver Lalit. In this accident 03 persons namely Lalit S/o Nand Lal VPO Ranran Tehsil Moorang Distt. Kinnaur, 2) Bhupinder Singh Malda S/o Sh. Narinder Singh Malda R/o VPO & Tehsil Pithaurgarh Uttarkhand and 3) Chandu Pliharia W/o Narender Singh Pakhoria R/o Vill. Khatiya Udhamsingh Nagar Uttarkhand sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Bhupinder I.O PP Sainj PS Kumarsain.

5.      During last 24 hours 261 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 170 fine collected Rs. 86,000/-, 17persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 1,700/- .

1.   Accused i) Ajay Parsad S/O Sh. Ram Bahadur Village Shiv Colony Shahjadpur Tehsil Narayangarh Distt. Ambla Haryana age age 23 years,  ii) Santosh Kumar S/O Sh. Ram Dass R/O Vill. Samarsheel Po Karari Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla HP, and iii) Kapil Garg S/O Sh Ashwani kumar Garg R/o Vill. Kheda Mahoulla Vilaspur PO & Teh Vilaspur Distt.Yamuna Nagar HR, age 30 years, arrested today in Case FIR No. 42/18 Dt. 13.04.2017 U/S 457 380 34 IPC at PS Rampur are remanded in police custody upto 28.04.2018, by the Ld. Court. 

2.    Accused Dinender Mourya S/O Sh. Ram Babu Mourya R/O Goal Pahari Maharajbad PS Janak Ganj Tehsil Gwalior M.P. arrested  in Case FIR No. 94/18 Dt. 18.04.2018 U/S  323, 452, 354, 376, 506 IPC  PS West Shimla on dated 22.02.2018 at PS West, is remanded in Judicial Custody by the Ld. Court.

3.    Accused Baldev Raj Harnaut S/o Sh. Jeet Ram R/o Village Puwada, PO Rampur Keonthal, Tehsil & District Shimla arrested in case FIR No. 103/18 Dt. 26.04.2018 u/s 354 IPC & 9(f) POCSO Act  at PS West is remanded in Police Custody upto 30.04.2018 by the Ld. Court.
