Crime Report on April 04, 2018

1. A GREIVOUS INJURY & CRIMINAL INTIDIMATION: Case FIR No. 64/18 has been registered at PS Shimla Sadar today on 04.04.2018 U/S 341 325 323 506 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Tarun Kumar S/o Sh. Krishan Chand R/o Dhara near Sunder Building Krishna Nagar Shimla alleging therein that on 02.04.2018, Vijay Khosla obstructed his way near Sunder Building, Krishna Nagar & beaten him brutally and broken his tooth.  He also threatened him with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Anil Kumar, I/O PS Sadar.
2. During last 24 hours 368 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 157 fine collected Rs. 72,100/-, 04 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 600/- and 03 Challaned under Mining Act & Fine Realized Rs. 30,000/-.

FOLLOW UP

1.    Accused i) Ravi Kumar S/o Lt. Sh. Ram Prakash R/o Kaushan Niwas Ward No. 5, Ravaun, PO Saproon District Solan, age 37 years, ii) Ram Krishan S/o Sh. Jeet Ram R/o Hari Nagar, Malaan House near Tourism Workshop, Old Barrier Boileauganj, Shimla, age 43 years & iii) Surjeet Khachi S/o Sh. Deewan Khachi R/o Village Gumana (Bhagthal) PO Oddi Tehisl Kumarsain, Shimla, age 36 years, arrested in case FIR No. 57/18 U/S 379 34 120B IPC at PS Dhalli, are remanded in Police custody upto 05.04.2018, by the Ld. Court.
