Crime Report on 28 April, 2018

1.    A ND&PS Act case FIR No. 28/18 Dt. 28.04.18 U/S 20,21,22,25-61-85 ND&PS Act PS Jubbal has been registered on the rukka of SI Naresh Kumar, SHO PS Jubbal alleging therein that on the intervening night of 27/28.04.2018, he alongwith staff was on Nakabandi at Hatkoti Kainchi. At about 12-05 AM, one vehicle No. HP10B-4609 (Baleno) which was coming from Jubbal side, stopped by them for checking. During the search, 41 Gram Charas, 01 Bottle Correx & 46 Tablets of Nitrazepam (Restricted Medicine)  from the possession of three persons namely Anil Kumar, Vijay Laholta & Anshul. The police has arrested the above accused and the case is being investigated by SI Naresh Kumar, SHO PS Jubbal.

2.  During last 24 hours 393 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 160 fine collected Rs. 56,900/-, 15 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 1,500/- .

1.    Accused i) Ajay Parsad S/O Sh. Ram Bahadur Village Shiv Colony Shahjadpur Tehsil Narayangarh Distt. Ambla Haryana age age 23 years,  ii) Santosh Kumar S/O Sh. Ram Dass R/O Vill. Samarsheel Po Karari Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla HP, and iii) Kapil Garg S/O Sh Ashwani kumar Garg R/o Vill. Kheda Mahoulla Vilaspur PO & Teh Vilaspur Distt.Yamuna Nagar HR, age 30 years, arrested today in Case FIR No. 42/18 Dt. 13.04.2017 U/S 457 380 34 IPC at PS Rampur released on bail by the Ld. Court. 

2.    Accused Baldev Raj Harnaut S/o Sh. Jeet Ram R/o Village Puwada, PO Rampur Keonthal, Tehsil & District Shimla arrested in case FIR No. 103/18 Dt. 26.04.2018 u/s 354 IPC & 9(f) POCSO Act  at PS West is remanded in Police Custody upto 30.04.2018 by the Ld. Court.

3.    Accused Sanjeev Kumar S/o Sh. Jhaba Ram R/o Village Raudi PO Balindi Tehsil Karsog, District Mandi, HP arrested in case FIR No. 25/18 Dt. 23.04.2018 u/s 363 366 343 376 34 IPC & 4 POCSO Act at PS Nankhari remanded in Police custody upto 01-05-2018 by the Ld. Court.

4.    Accused 1) Anil Jobta S/o Sh. Vishan Singh R/o Village Thana PO Mandal Tehsil Jubbal, Shimla, 2) Anshul S/o Sh. Goverdhan Singh R/o Village Sundli PO Jubbal, Shimla, 3) Vijay Lohlta S/o Sh. Lokinder Lohlta R/o Village Old Jubbal Tehsil Jubbal, Shimla arrested in case FIR No. 28/18 Dt. 28.04.2018 u/s 20,21,22,25-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Jubbal remanded in Police custody upto 02-05-2018 by the Ld. Court
