Crime Report on April 24, 2018

1. AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 74/18 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 23.04.2018 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Krishan Lal, I/C PP Mashobra, Shimla alleging therein that on 23.04.2018 at about 08-30 PM, on the secret information he alongwith staff conducted raid in the Chicken Khokha of Mahender Singh S/o  Lt. Sh. Sunder Singh R/o Village Panjog PO Mashobra Tehsil & District Shimla, age 42 years and recovered 24 Bottles of illicit Country liquor marka Una No.-1 from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Krishan Lal, I/C PP Mashobra.
2. AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 46/18 has been registered at PS Shimla-East on 23.04.2018 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Daleep Chand I/O PP Kasumpti, Shimla alleging therein that on 23.04.2018 at about 04-45 PM, during patrolling alongwith staff near Shiv Mandir at Lower Panthaghati, one persons namely Bihari Lal S/o Sh. Bela Ram R/o Village Langehar PO Baroti PS Dharampur Tehsil Sarkaghat, District Mandi, age 37 years A/P Dhara/Dhaba at Lower Panthaghati, Shimla apprehended by them alongwith 12 Bottles of illicit Country liquor marka Una No.-1. The case is being investigated by ASI Daleep Chand, I/O PP Kasumpti.   
3. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 57/18 has been registered at PS Rohru on 23.04.2018 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Sunil Gupta S/o Sh. Ram Dass Gupta R/o Retka Niwas, near Animal Husbandry, Rohru, Shimla  alleging therein that on 23.04.2018 at about 10-18 PM, one Motorcycle No. HP10A-7535 driven by Prithvi Raj came rashly with negligent driving and hit with Nano Car No. HP10A-3144, caused sustained injuries to 05 Persons. The case is being investigated by HC Amit Kumar, I/O PP City Rohru.  
4. During last 24 hours 359 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 165 fine collected Rs. 78,900/-, 14 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 1,400/- and 04 challaned under Mining Act & Fine Realized Rs. 40,000/-.

FOLLOW UP:-

1. Accused i) Ajay Parsad S/O Sh. Ram Bahadur Village Shiv Colony Shahjadpur Tehsil Narayangarh Distt. Ambla Haryana age age 23 years,  ii) Santosh Kumar S/O Sh. Ram Dass R/O Vill. Samarsheel Po Karari Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla HP, and iii) Kapil Garg S/O Sh Ashwani kumar Garg R/o Vill. Kheda Mahoulla Vilaspur PO & Teh Vilaspur Distt.Yamuna Nagar HR, age 30 years, arrested today in Case FIR No. 42/18 Dt. 13.04.2017 U/S 457 380 34 IPC at PS Rampur. They will be produced before Ld. Court tomorrow.

2.    Accused Dinender Mourya S/O Sh. Ram Babu Mourya R/O Goal Pahari Maharajbad PS Janak Ganj Tehsil Gwalior M.P. arrested  in Case FIR No. 94/18 Dt. 18.04.2018 U/S  323, 452, 354, 376, 506 IPC  PS West Shimla on dated 22.02.2018 at PS West, is remanded in police custody upto 27.04.2018, by the Ld. Court.
