Crime Report on April,18, 2018

1.    A ND&PS ACT :Case FIR No. 73/18 has been registred at PS East on 17.04.18 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act PS Sadar on the rukka of HC Puran Chand No. 128 I/O SIU Shimla alleging therein that on 17.04.2018 at about 04-00 PM, During patrolling alongwith staff, one person namely Vinod S/o Sh. Sangat Ram R/o Village Shagaan, PO Chawai, Tehsil Anni, District Kullu, age 25 years intercepted by them near Khula Mod Cart Road Lakkar Bazar and recovered 73 Gram Charas from his possession. The Police has arrested the accused and the case is being investigated by  HC Puran Chand No. 128, I/O SIU, Shimla.

2.    AN ACT ENDANGERING LIFE OR PERSONAL SAFETY OF OTHERS: Case FIR No.43/18 has been registered at PS East on 17-04-2018 U/S 336, 304 IPC on the statement of Sh. Mantokh Kumar S/o Sh Arjun Manjhi R/o village Banwari Basant P/o Sirpal basant Tehsil Gharkha District Chapra Bihar alleging therein that he was doing paint in  a building at Beoliya Panthaghati Shimla on 17.03.2018 along with a person namely Saroj Kumar Mehto. They both work under a contractor namely Umesh Mehto. When they were doing painting suddenly Saroj Kumar felt down from the building and died on the spot. This incident happned due to deficiency of security measure. The case is being investigated by ASI Daleep Chand I/o PS East.   

3.    During last 24 hours 367 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 269 fine collected Rs. 80,200/- and 09 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs.1000/-.

FOLLOW UP

1.    Accused Chaman Lal S/o Sh. Mani Ram R/o Village Dhaked PO Bor Tehsil Chopal, District Shimla, arrested in case FIR No. 42/18 Dt. 17.04.2018 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Chopal, is remanded in police custody for 03 days i.e. 19.04.2018 by the Ld. Court.

2.    Accused i) Dawa Tashi @ Rajesh S/o Lt. Sh. Ravi R/o Village Miabiga PO, PS & Teshil Gaiya District Bothgaya A/P Servant Quarter Lower Brock Hurst near Gugamadi Temple Chhota Shimla, age 36 years, arrested today in case FIR No. 42/18 Dt. 16.04.2018 U/S 376 342 511 506 IPC & 6, 8 POCSO Act at PS Shimla East, is  being produced before Ld. Court today.

3.    Accused  Suresh S/O Sh. Sher Bahadur R/o Vill & P.O Dobhi Teh. Kullu Distt. Kullu H.P Age 19  years arrested  In Case FIR NO 92/18 dt.  17.04.2018 U/S  363 IPC P.S. West Shimla on dated 17.04.2018 at5:15 P.M. by Asi Surjeet Singh I/O PS West  is being produced before Ld court today.

4.    Accused Ajay Parsad S/O Sh. Ram Bahadur Vill Shiv Colony Shahjadpur Tehsil Narayangarh Distt. Ambla Haryana age age23 years in case FIR No.121/17 Dated 21/07/17 U/S 457,380 IPC is being produced before ACJM Rampur today

5.    Accused Vinod S/o Sh. Sangat Ram R/o Village Shagaan, PO Chawai, Tehsil Anni, District Kullu, age 25 years arrested in case FIR No.73/18 dt.17.04.2018 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS East is being produce before Ld court, today.
