Crime Report On February 11, 2018.

1.   AN ND&PS Act Case FIR No. 09/18 has been registered at PS Nerwa on dated 11.02.18 U/S 20-61-85 on the rukka of HC Ashwani No. 95, I/O PS Nerwa, Shimla alleging therein that on 10.02.2018, during checking alongwith staff at Kaidi Kenchi, they recovered 850 gram Charas from the possession of Chunni Lal S/o Lt. Sh. Amar Singh R/o Village Optua PO & Tehsil Nerwa, District Shimla. The accused is arrested by the police and the case is being investigated  by HC Ashwani No. 95, I/O PS Nerwa.

2.   A BURGLARY Case FIR No-15/18 has been registered at PS New Shimla on dated Dated 10-02-2018 U/s 457, 380 IPC on the statement of Sh. Nagesh Kumar S/o Sh. Krishan Dutt R/o Rajat Niwas, Bhagwati Nagar, Lower Khalini, Shimla, alleging therein that he is working as accountant in Sunrise Computer Shop at BCS he said that on dated 10.02.2018 in between 4.00 AM to 5.00 AM some unknown persons have stolen away three New Laptops, one iball Tablet etc by entered from backside of the above shop. The case is being investigated by HC Inder Singh I/O PS New Shimla.

3.   A Fire incident case FIR No 07/18 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on dated 0-02-2018 U/S 285, 429, 427, 34 IPC on the  statement of Sh. John Lal Sharma S/o Lt. Sh. Bala Nand Sharma R/o Village Rauni, PO Tharolla, Tehsil Kotkhai, Distt Shimla  alleging therein that on  10-02-2018 at about 12.45 PM he saw that fire  incident  took place in his apple orchard and he found that 600 pieces of grass and a cow burnt in this fire incident. A person namely Bal Krishan S/o Sh. Mangat Ram R/o Vill. Kathandi, PO Tharolla, Tehsil Kotkhai, Distt Shimla has set a fire. The  case is being investigated  by  ASI Ranjeet Singh I/O PS Kotkhai, Distt Shimla.

4.   During last 24 hours 575 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 427, fine realized Rs. 1,23,300/- and 33 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 3300/-

FOLLOW UP

1.   Accused Chunni Lal S/o Lt. Sh. Amar Singh R/o Village Optua PO & Tehsil Nerwa, District Shimla arrested in case FIR No. 09/18 dated 11.02.18 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Nerwa and is being produced before Ld Court.

2.   Accused Aniket @ Anni S/o Sh. Rajinder  R/o Dhara Near Old Slaughter House, Krishna Nagar, Ladhakhi Mohall, Shimla  arrested in case FIR No. 15/18 dated 08.02.18 U/S 380 IPC at PS East and he is in police custody till 13.02.2018.
