Crime Report Feb. 27, 2018

1.    A Trespass case FIR No. 50/18 dated 27-02-2018 u/s 451,323,427 IPC has been registered at PS West on the complaint of Sh. Tushal Mahant S/o Sh. Kishor R/o Vill Kiti PO Badehri Tehsil and Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 26-02-2018 when he was inside his vehicle No. HP62B-0323 at Badehri and  was waiting for his driver Vikku at the same time Munish Kumar broken the glass of his vehicle with stick and beaten him. The case is being investigated by HC Balwinder I/C PP Jutog.

2.      An Assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty case FIR No. 33/18 dated 27-02-2018 u/s  353, 506 IPC has been registered at PS Theog on the complaint of Sh. Rakesh Kumar S/o Late Sh. Joginder Sing R/o Vill Siro PO Mahog Tehsil Theog Distt. Shimla alleging therein that today he was doing work of HRTC Bus No. HP03B-6061 at HRTC workshop Theog at the same time  Partap R/o Vill Sharghal PO Jais Tehsil Theog came there  and started to abuse him, threatened him and obstructed him to discharge his govt. duty. The case is being investigated by HC Sanjeev Kumar I.O . PS Theog.

INQUEST U/S 174 CRPC

Deceased Hem Raj S/o Sh. Amar Singh Vill Badlamchi PO & Distt. Aachal Dhulu Beri Nepal age 28 years died due to fall under the influence of alcohol in the jurisdiction of PS Dhalli. The autopsy of the deceased has been conducted at IGMC Shimla. The dead body of deceased has been handed over to his brother Nain Singh. The proceeding u/s 174 CrPc. is being conducted by Police Station Dhalli.

1.    Accused Suresh Kumar S/o Lt. Sh. Shiv Ram R/o Village Pabhaas PO Dewat Tehsil Chopal District Shimla, HP age 36 years arrested in case FIR No. 57/17 Dt. 23.10.2017 u/s 379 420 467 468 471 IPC at PS Chopal released on bail by the Ld. Court.
