Forest Act case FIR No. 16/18 U/s 379 IPC
& 32,33,41,42 Indian Forest Act has been registered at PS Chopal today on
10-02-2018 on the application of Sh. Kabeer Inder Nath RO Forest Rang Sarain,
Tehsil Chopal alleging therein that on 09-02-2018 during special checking alongwith
staff 165 Scants of Doedar has been recovered from the possession of Mangat Ram
S/o Lt. Sh. Meena R/o Village Bahal Farach PO Dhabas, Tehsil & PS Chopal
District Shimla. The Case is being investigated by ASI Ashwani Kumar I/o PS
Chopal.

A Fire
incident case FIR No 17/18 has been registered at PS Jhkari today on 10-02-2018 U/S
285 IPC on the report of Usha, forest Guard fancha
Beat Sarhan Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla alleging
therein that on 09-02-2018 fire incident took
place in c2-157 forest land. In this incident
at about 3200 plants of Devdar and other got damaged due to fire. The
case is being
investigated by HC Vinesh I/O PP Jeori PS
Jhakri Distt Shimla.

During last 24 hours 277 vehicles were
challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 125, fine realized Rs. 44,500/-
and 17 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 1,800/-

in case FIR No. 142/17 Dt. 25.02.2017 u/s
457,380 IPC at PS East remanded in Judicial Custody by the Ld. Court.
