A WRONGFUL RESTRAIN: Case FIR No. 103/17
has been registered at PS Dhalli on 29.07.2017 U/S 341,323,506,34 IPC on
the complaint of Sh. Yashwant Verma S/o Sh. Rajesh Verm R/o Vill. Gharech, PO
Kufri, Tehsil & Distt Shimla alleging therein that on dtd 29.07.2017 at
about 10.30 PM he alongwith his friend Sh. Brij Mohan was parking his vehicle
at Chalonthi Chowk, at the same time 4 persons namely Karan @ Chhotu, Sachin
and 2 other persons come their and beaten them brutally. The above persons
threatened them with dire consequences too. In this incident they both
sustained injuries and lost the amount Rs. 23500/- and a Samsung mobile with
sim No. 8988041997 & 82192-63763. The case is
being investigated by HC Kishore, I/O PS Dhalli.

AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 104/17 has been
registered at PS Dhalli today on 30.07.2017 U/S 279,337,304A IPC on the
Rukka of HC Vijay I/O PP Mashobra stated therein that on information he
alongwith staff went to the spot at Shari(Kanola) where he found that a vehicle
No. HP52B-1657 i20 Asta rolled down about 200 meter from the road and a deadbody
of driver Abhishek S/o Sh. Thakur Singh R/o Vill. Jajehr, PO Gumma, Tehsil
& Distt Shimla, age 20 years was lying near the above vehicle. The case is
being investigated by HC Vijay I/O PP Mashobra, PS Dhalli.

During last 24 hours 308 vehicles
were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 105 & fine realized
Rs. 36,100/- and 15 persons challaned under Smoking Act &
fine collected Rs. 1500/- and 01 Challaned under Mining Act .

1. Accused Manoj Kumar S/o Lt. Sh. Gopal
R/o Vill. & PO Mandholghat, Tehsil Sunni, Distt. Shimla, age 30 year,
arrested in case FIR No. 58/17 Dt. 29-07-2017
U/S 341, 354, 504, 506 IPC at PS Sunni on 29.07.2017 at 9.30 PM. The accused is
being produced before the Ld. Court.
