1. A WRONGFUL RESTRAIN & CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION: Case FIR No. 75/17 has been registered at PS Kumar Sain on 07.07.2017 U/S 341, 506, 34 IPC on the statement of Sh. Diwan Chand S/O Sh. Shiv Ram R/O Village Thanu PO Kangal Tehsil Kumarsain, Distt Shimla alleging therein that he started construction work of house at Village Majhral. He ordered a tipper of concrete, as the Tipper reached Near Majhral Village one Sh. Tara Chand & his wife obstructed the way of above Tipper and scuffle with him. The Case his being investigated by HC Ram Sain I/o PS Kumarsain.
2. THEFT: Case FIR No. 75/17 has been registered at PS Rohru today on dated 08/07/17 U/S 379 IPC & 25 IT Act on the application of Sh. Vijender Sharma S/O Hajari Nand Sharma R/O Gumma PO Tikkeri Teh Chirgaon Distt Shimla H.P alleging therein that on 08/7/17 some unknown person has stolen away 25 mts copper cable of BSNL Dept (50 pair & 200 pair cable). The value of above copper cable wire is approximately RS 9000/- only. The case is being investigated by HC Ashish I/O PS Rohru.
3. During last 24 hours 278 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 126 & fine realized Rs. 44,100/- and 29 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 2,900/-.

Accused Rahul S/o Sh. Amarjeet Singh R/o- Block No-102, Room No-124,Green Park Khalini Chotta Shimla Had Been arrested in Case FIR No 94/17 Dated 07-07-2017 U/s 457, 511 IPC PS New Shimla on dated 07.07.17 who have been Bailed Out today on 08.07.17 by Ld JMIC-6 Shimla.
