AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 117/17 has been registered at PS Shimla West on 06.07.2017 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Prem Singh S/o Sh. Karm Dass R/o Village Samladi, PO Nihari, Tehsil Sunder Nagar, Distt. Mandi alleging therein that on 05.07.2017, he alongwith his family members was coming towards Summer Hill from Nihari via Mashobra in his vehicle No. HP24A-0026. At about 03-45 PM, when he reached near Railway Station Shimla, at the same time one vehicle No. PB04Y-4771, driven by Prabhjeet Singh came rashly in wrong direction and hit his vehicle. In this accident, they all sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Mast Ram, I/O PS Shimla West.
AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 118/17 has been registered at PS Shimla West on 06.07.2017 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Smt. Laxmi Devi W/o Sh. Raj Kumar R/o Village Patta, PO Khadiyar Dhaap, Tehsil Ladbhadol, Distt. Mandi, age 45 years A/P Roshan Lal Building Set No. 1, Lane-7, New Shimla alleging therein that on 05.07.2017 at about 06-20 PM, when she was waiting for Bus at ISBT Shimla, at the same time Bus No. HP-64A-2626 driven by Sunil, hit her from back side and she fell down on the road, caused sustained injuries to her. The case is being investigated by HC Ravinder Kumar, I/O PS Shimla West.
AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 119/17 has been registered at PS Shimla West on 06.07.2017 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Bharma Nand S/o Lt. Sh. Keshav Ram R/o Village Daleemo (Gharog) PO Nehra, Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 05.07.2017, he was coming towards Shimla from Ghannahatti in Motorcycle No. HP63-7572 (Bajaj Discover) driven by Padam Dev. At about 07-45 PM, when they reached near Daleemo, above Motorcycle met with an accident and rolled down 15/20 feet from the road due to rash & negligent driving of Rider Padam Dev, caused sustained injuries to them. The case is being investigated by ASI Suresh Kumar, I/O PP Dhami.
A TRESPASS: Case FIR No. 96/17 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 05.07.2017 U/S 448, 380 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Ajay Kumar S/o Lt. Sh. Hari Ram R/o Nirmal Niwas, Sanjauli Shimla alleging therein that he is running at clothing/garments shop namely Om Fashion at Sanjauli since 2013. He has a rent dispute with landlord Tarun Sood S/o Lt. Sh. Surender Kumar R/o House No. 31, Sanjauli Shimla for the last 8/9 months, which is under trial in Ld. court. He could not opened his shop w.e.f. 15.05.2017, due to some urgent work at his native place. On 02.07.2017, he was informed telephonically that his shop was opened and clothes was also missing from the shop. He doubts that Tarun Kumar Sood has criminally trespassed in his shop by breaking the locks and stolen away the articles i.e. Ladies Suit,ladies Kurta,Leaging, Ladies Cardigan, Man Pullover, Dhattu, Dupata, LED TV, CCTV Camara, Swapping Machine, Blank Cheque, Cheque Book, Fan, all Important Documents and cash. The case is being investigated by I/C PP Sanjauli, Shimla.
A WRONGFUL RESTRAIN & CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION: Case FIR No. 73/17 has been registered at PS Rohru on 05.07.2017 U/S 341, 323, 506 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Balbir Singh alleging therein that on 04.07.2017, he was going towards home. On the way his neighbourer Hem Raj restrained his way and beaten him brutally, sustained injuries to him. The case is being investigated HC Ashish Kumar, I/O PS Rohru.
A MURDER: Case FIR No. 116/17 has been registered at PS Shimla West on 05.07.2017 U/S 302 201 34 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Bhupender Rohal S/o Lt. Sh. Maan Singh Rohal R/o Village Jalel PO Shoghi, Tehsil & Distt. Shimla alleging therein that his sister namely Tripta has solemnized marriage with Sh. Satish Kumar R/o Village Shakoli in the year of 2006. After marriage, her husband Satish Kumar & in-laws tortured her mentally & physically. On 28.06.2017, his brother-in-law Satish Kumar informed him that his sister had died due to fell down from slab. When he reached at village Shakoli and found that his brother-in-law alongwith his relatives had cremated the dead body. He doubts that her husband Satish Kumar alongwith her in-laws had murdered his sister. The case is being investigated by ASI Mohan Lal, I/O PP Jutogh.
A CHEATING: Case FIR No. 120/17 has been registered at PS Shimla West today on 06.07.2017 U/S 419,420 IPC on the rukka of SI Mast Ram, I/O PS Shimla West alleging therein that on the information of accident near Vidhan Sabha, he alongwith staff went to the spot and found that two vehicles No. HP24A-0026 & PB04Y-4771 collide with each other. During the course of enquiry, driver of vehicle No. PB04Y-4771 told his name as Prabhjeet Singh S/o Sh. Amreek Singh R/o House No. 406, Kalgeedhar Nagar, Village Gadariwala, Tehsil Jeera, Distt. Firozpur, Punjab and produced only insurance and driving license but failed to produce the Registration Certificate (RC) of vehicle. Due to misprint of photo attached with DL, he produced his I/Card which was issued from Bright Academy Green Card North India's No. 1 Institute, but his name was Virender Singh S/o Sh. Surjeet Singh, Batch No. 3, Sector 15D Course Punjab. So Virendra Singh has tricked by transplantation by not disclosing his correct name & address. The case is being investigated by ASI Dev Raj, I/O PS Shimla West.
A HOUSE TRESPASS: Case FIR No. 55/17 has been registered at PS Jhakri today on 06.07.2017 U/S 451, 323 IPC on the application of Sh Mangat Ram S/O Sh Bhoru Ram R/O Village Kanhar PO Khural Tehsil Sundernager Distt Mandi at present Kandhar PO Sarpara Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla alleging therein on 05.07.2017 at about 06:30 PM, one person namely Karam Chand Thaker trespassed his courtyard and beaten him brutally. The case being investigated by ASI Bir singh I/O PS Jhakri.
A HOUSE TRESPASS: Case FIR No. 96/17 has been registered PS Kotkhai on 05.07.2017 U/S 451,323,506 IPC on the statement of Sh. Mohinder Singh S/o Sh. Sita Ram R/o Village Katli (Hariyala) PO Nand PS Ramshahar Tehsil Nalagarh Distt. Solan H.P A/P Shopkeeper at Baghi Bazaar stated therein that on 05.17.2017 at about 07:20 PM, one person namely Dalip Chauhan R/o Village Sundernagar (Ratnari) trespassed in his shop, beaten him brutally and threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by ASI Roshan Lal I/C PP Baghi (Kotkhai).
During last 24 hours 230 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 123 & fine realized Rs. 46,800/- and 30 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 2,900/-.
