Crime Report on Sept. 12, 2016

1. A ND&PS Act case FIR No. 62/16 has been registered on 11.09.2016 U/S 18,20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of SI Tavender Kumar, SHO PS Sunni, Shimla alleging therein that on 11.09.2016, during patrolling/Traffic checking alongwith staff at Dadeyog, one car No. HP-63A-1782 (Cheverlot Sail) alongwith driver namely Kuldeep Singh S/o Sh. Babu Ram Thakur R/o Village Nehar, PO Parnoo, Tehsil Arki, Distt. Solan has been intercepted by them and during checking 419 gram charas & 99 gram opium recovered from the car under his possession. Accused has been arrested and the case is being investigated by SI Tavender Kumar, I/O PS Sunni.

2. A Criminal Trespass case FIR No. 115/16 has been registered at PS Kumarsain today on 12.09.2016 U/S  447 427 504 506 34 on the complaint of Smt. Sunita Negi W/o Sh. Shiv Ram Negi R/o village Mogra, PO Kangal, Tehsil Kumarsain, Shimla stated therein that on 09.03.2016, Sh. Roop Lal & his wife Smt. Bimla Devi of  her village  have criminaly trespassed in her land and abused her. They have also remove the boundry from her land and threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by ASI Hans Raj Chauhan, I/O PS Kumarsain.    

3. During last 24 hours 247 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 139 & fine realized Rs. 42,900/- & 39 persons challaned under smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 3,900/-

1. Accused Sanjay Singh S/o Sh. Ram Saran R/o 309/1, Sikh Line Krishna Nagar, age 28 years arrested in case FIR No. 233/16 Dt. 05.09.16 U/S 363 366A 376 IPC & 4 POCSO Act at PS Sadar, today sent to judicial remand by the Ld. Court.

2. Accused Kuldeep Singh S/o Sh. Babu Ram R/o Village Nehar, PO Parnoo, Tehsil Arki, Distt. Solan, age 36 year, arrested in case FIR No. 62/16 Dt. 11.09.16 U/S 18,20-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Sunni, is on police remand upto 14.09.2016.

3. Accused Himanshu S/o Sh. Raj Kumar R/o Village Hawkas Dale, Chaura Maidan near Kotshera College Tehsil & Distt. Shimla age 20 years, arrested in case FIR No. 303/15 Dt. 21.12.2015 U/S 457 380 IPC at PS West, released on bail by the Ld. Court.

4. Accused Ajay Bhardwaj S/o Sh. Jagat Pal Bhardwaj R/o Village Chamyara, PO Sakroha, Tehsil Sadar, Distt. Bilaspur A/P Kuldeep Mehta Building, Lower Cemetery, Sanajuli Shimla, arrested in case FIR No. 118/16 Dt. 10.09.2016 U/S 21,22-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Dhalli is on police remand upto 13.09.2016.
