Crime Report on Sep.15, 2016

1. A Wrongful Restraint case FIR No 159/16 has been registered at PS Theog today on 15.09.2016 U/S 341, 323, 506 IPC on the statement of Sh Bhuperder Dogra S/o Sh H.R Dogra village Patiuna P/o Madawag Tehsil Chopal Distt Shimla alleging therein that today on 15.09.2016 he was going to his home in vehicle No HP 03D 2700 at about 8:30 PM when he reached near Khargori Nala a pickup No HP 62A 2574 came there and a person namely Raju S/o Mohan Lal R/o Jola came out from the pickup and obstructed his way and beaten him brutally. He also threatened him with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by ASI Sanjeev I/C PP Deha.

2. During last 24 hours 489 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 144 & fine realized Rs. 42,300/- & 95 persons challaned under smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 10,500/-  

   Inquest Report

   Deceased Bhawan Ram S/o Sh Meash Ram village KatayaP/o Kesari Kataya P.S Janta Bazar Distt Satan Bihar age 45 years felt down from 2nd floor balcony of his quarte. During treatment MO CHC Nankhari declared him brought dead. Postmortem has been conducted by MO CHC Nankhari today. Proceeding U/S 174 CrPC is being conducted at PP Nankhari.

1. Accused Vishal Chand S.o Sh Baldev Singh R/o village Amb P/o Patiyar Tehsil Jwala Ji Distt Kangra has been arrested in case FIR No 157/16 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Theog is on police remand up to 16.09.2016.

2. Accused Itender S/o Sh. Micher Sen R/o Village Diswani, PO Kaloti, Tehsil Chirgaon, Distt. Shimla, age 20 years, ii) Vijeder Singh S/o Sh. Rajpal R/o Village Pekha, Tehsil Chirgaon, Distt. Shimla, age 18 years  iii) Savinder Singh S/o Sh. Mehar Chand R/o Village Jarkot, Kharshali, PO Larot, Teshil Chirgaon, Shimla, age 19 years iv) Subash Chand S/o Sh. Roshan Lal R/o Village Diswani, PO Kaloti, Tehsil Chirgaon, Shimla, age 21 years and v) Trilok Singh S/o Sh. Roshan Lal R/o Village Diswani, PO Kaloti, Tehsil Chirgaon, Shimla, age 28 years, arrested in case FIR No. 189/16 Dt. 13.09.16 U/S 341 323 506 34 IPC at PS Dhalli, sent to judicial custody by Ld Court.

3. Accused Ramesh S/o Sh. Rajinder Kumar R/o House No. 403, Arjun Nagar, Kawali Road, Panipat, Haryana, age 28 years, arrested in case FIR No. 108/16 Dt. 26.082016 U/S 407 IPC at PS Kumarsain, is on Police remand up to 18.09.2016.
