Crime Report on Sep. 27, 2016

1. A wrongful Resraint case FIR No 54/16 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 27.09.2016 U/S 323,341,504 IPC on the statement of Sh Devi Lal S/o Bal Bhadur Nepali presently C/o Sh Gopal Chhajta R/o VPO Nandpur Tehsil Jubbal Distt Shimla  against Ujjal Nepali S/O Man Dass Nepali presently  C/O Rajinder Aukta R/O VPO Nandpur Tehsil Jubbal Distt Shimla alleging that on dated  26/09/16 at about 6.30pm  above Ajjal Nepali obstruct the way of the complainant and beaten him and also abused the complainant (.) The complainant got medically examined at PHC S/Nagar (.) Case is being investigated by SI Sunder Singh I/P PP S/Nagar.

2. A Gambling Act case FIR  No 184/16 has been registered at PS Rampur 27/09/16 U/S 3,4 Gambling Act on the Rukka of SI Ganga Dev stated therein that on dated 27.09.2016 at about 2.00AM when he was on patrolling got secret information that Jagat Singh S/o Sh Hira Lal VPO Nogli Rampur was running a gaming house, on this information he raided the above person house and recovered Rs 30,000 from the possession of 14 persons namely Ravi Thakur, Deepak, Banti Thakur, Jaswant, Rakesh, Parmod, Roshan lal, Satpal, Ravi Dass,Bhajan Dass, Dila Ram,Ram Lal , Pappu Thakur and  Deepak . The case is being investigated by SI Ganga Dev Negi I/O PS Rampur.

3. A criminal breach of trust case FIR No 230/16 has been registered at PS West on 27.09.2016 U/S 406 IPC  on the complaint of Sh Nand Lal S/o Sh Ramsoon R/o Old Barrier Boileauganj Shimla alleging therein that on 03.09.2016 his truck No HP 63-5096  driver namely Anu  village Saribhasha P/o Devrighat Tehsil Chirgaon Distt Shimla had took his truck somewhere without his consent. He Searched his vehicle everywhere but not found. The case is being investigated by ASI Amrender Singh I/O PS West.

4. A wrongful Restraint case FIR No 120/16 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 26.09.2016 U/S 341, 323 IPC on the statement of Smt Kamla Devi W/o Sh Dharma R/o village Jarol P/o Kumarsain Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 26.09.2016 her brother-in –law obstructed her way and beaten her brutally. The case is being investigated by HC Ram Sain I/o PS Kumarsain.

5. An Excise Act case FIR No 194/16 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 26.09.2016 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI Virochan Negi I/C PP Sanjauli alleging therein that on 26.09.2016 during patrolling duty he recovered 24 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Harka Bhadur R/o village Bhurti Oda No 3 Anchal Bhari Nepal A/P Dhara Near Heritage Sanjaul. The case is being investigated by  SI Virochan Negi I/C PP Sanjauli.

6.  A  Wrongful Restraint case FIR No 227/16 has been registered at PS West on 25.09.2016 U/S 341, 323 IPC on the statement of Sh Rakesh Kumar S/o Sh Gulab Singh village Bindoli P/o Tehsil Shilai Distt Sirmour alleging therein that some boys of Kotshera Colege obstructed his way and beaten him brutally. The case is being investigated by HC Basudev I/O PS West.

7. A Rioting case FIR No 228/16 has been registered at PS West on 26.09.2016 U/S 147, 148, 149, 323 IPC on the statement of Sh Himanshu Barsanta R/o village Nar P/o Jhikni Pul Tehsil Chopal A/P SFI President Kotshera college Unit alleging therein that on 26.09.2016 some activists of ABVP Beaten him brutally. The case is being HC Basudev I/O PS West.

8. A Burglary case FIR No 229/16 has been registered at PS West on 26.09.2016 U/S 454, 380 IPC  on the statement of Ravinder Singh S/o Sh Suriender Singh Sangta R/o Sant Krishan Kuteer near High School  Annandale and Sh Ravinder Singh R/o Set No 10 Block B Type 4 CPWD Colony Upper Kaithu alleging therein that on 26.09.2016 Some unknown person stolen away some gold jewellary and cash. He also stolen away two ear ring , Rs 7500/- cash a gold pandle Mangal Sutra and three finger rings from Surrender Singh House. The case is being investigated by ASI Pratap Singh I/O PS West.

9. A Forest Act case FIR No 64/16 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 26.09.2016 U/S 379 IPC 32, 33 IF Act on the statement of Narinder Singh Range officer Kasdhar Tehsil Chirgaon Distt Shimla alleging therein that some unknown person cut four Devdhar Trees in his range and stolen away from the forest. Case is being investigated I/O Of PS Chirgaon.

10. During last 24 hours 426 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 178 & fine realized Rs. 52,900/-, 76 persons challaned under smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 8,200/-
