Crime Report on Sep. 28, 2016

1. An Accident case FIR No 75/16 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on  28.9.2016 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Budhi Singh s/o Dila Ram village Khablash PO Shorshan Tehsil Karsog Distt Mandi age 22 year  stated that on dt 27.9.2016 at about 11 PM He along with Khub Ram s/o Rameshwar, Sanjay kumar s/o devi Dass, Gopal s/o Thakur Dass  were going to kayar in vehicle No HP52A-0657. when he reached at Pujarli Nala Driver  Sanjay Kumar lost the control over the vehicle  and vehicle fell down from the road in which he along with  Driver Sanjay Kumar, Gopal and Khub Raj sustained injuries . This incident happned due to rash and negligent driving of Sanjay Kumar. The case is being investigated by ASI  Roshan lal i/o PP Baghi

2. A Gambling Act case FIR  No 186/16 Dated 28.09.2016 U/S 3,4 Gambling Act has ben registred on the Rukka of Arjit Sain ASP (City) Shimla stated therein that on dated 28.09.2016 at about 2.00AM when he was on patrolling got secret information that Mohinder Lal S/o Prem Singh R/o Bhadrash Rampur Bsr running a gaming house in his hotel Shivam, on this information he raided at his Hotel after obtaining search warrant, during raid six persons namely Mahinder Singh, Madan Lal , Bablu, Ram lal , Ajay Singh & Shanta Sharma were found playing with cards and recovered cash Rs 2,12,790/- . The case is being investigated by Insp/SHO Naresh Sharma.

3. A Wrongful Restraint case FIR No 44/16 has been registered at PS Nerwa 27.09.2016 U/S 341,323,34 IPC on the Complaint of Sh. Rakesh Kumar S/O Lt. Sh. Sangat Ram R/O Village Kalara PO Tehsil Chopal Distt. Shimla alleging therein that some persons namely Yudhveer Singh, Kapil Sharma, Arvind bhikta & Ramesh Bhimta  obstruct his way and beaten him & Rahul and  Satpal; beaten him brutally and sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Kamlender Singh I/O PS Nerwa.

4. An Excise Act case FIR No 163/16 has been registered at PS Theog on 27.09.2016 U/S 39(1) HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Purushotam Chand I/O PS Theog alleging therein that on 27.09.2016 during patrolling he got secret information regarding illegal selling of wine. On this information he raided the shop of Smt Mamta Devi W/o Late Sh Sewak Ram R/o village Giri Pul P/o Gaura Tehsil Rajgarh Distt Sirmour at Parala Bazar in the Jurisdiction of PS Theog and recovered 39 bottles of country liquor. The case is being investigated by ASI Purushotam Chand I/O PS Theog.

5. A Criminal Breach of Trust case FIR No. 98/16 has been registered at PS Rohru on 28.09.2016 U/S 407 IPC on the application of Mohd. Aarif S/o Abdul Gaffar R/o VPO Umri Kotwali Dehat Bijnor UP alleging therein that on 20.09.16 he sent 578 boxes apple in Truck No. UP23H9131 Shop R.F.C Shop No. 12 Subzi Mandi Rohru to Bukhari (Jarkhand) but above truck not reached the destination till date. The case is being investigated by ASI Gopal Singh I/O PS Rohru.

6. During last 24 hours 459 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 204 & fine realized Rs. 64,400/-, 86 persons challaned under smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 8,800/-   

   Inquest Report

   Deceased Sohan Lal S/o Sh Chankar R/o Mulgi P/o Lawana Sadana Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla age 62 years died due to fall from hill.  Postmortem has been conducted at PHC Juri and dead body handed over to his relatives.
