Crime Report on Sep.25, 2016

PRESS NOTE 25.09.2016

  1. A Gambling Act case FIR No 119/16 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 24.09.2016 U/S 13-3-67 Gambling Act on the rukka of HC Ramsain I/O PS Kumarsain alleging therein that on 24.09.2016 during Patrolling at Kingal Bazar he recovered Rs 1900 from the six persons while they were playing gamble with playing cards. The case is being investigated by HC Ramsain I/O PS Kumarsain.

  2. An Accident case FIR NO 226/16 has been registered at PS West today on 25.09.2016 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh Rishant Thakur S/o Sh Jagdish Chand R/o village Kot P/o Paploha Tehsil Jaduta Distt Bilaspur A/P Lakshami Niwas Near Dargah Chorqa Chowaki Distt Simla alleging therein that on 24.09.2016  he was going to Bilaspur suddenly a truck came rashly and hit him from back side . Due to this accident he sustained injuries.

  3. A Wrongful Restraint case FIR No 64/16 has been registered at PS Sunni on 24.09.2016 u/s 341,323,504,34 IPC on the application of Tek Chand S/o Lekh Ram  R/o  Jood P/o Chanawag Teh Sunni Distt Shimla age 32 years  alleging therein that  on dated 23.09.2016  at about 6:30 PM when he was going  to his home from Chanawag then two persons came there and obstructed  his way and  beaten brutally they also threatened him with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Vinod Kumar  I/O PS Sunni.

  4. A Causing Death by negligence FIR NO 183/16 has been registered at PS Rampur on 24.09.2016 U/S 304A IPC on the statement of Kamla Devi D/o Sh. Udham Jour VPO Lipa Teh. Pooh Distt. Kinaur HP age years alleging therein that on 23.09.2016 at about 1.00 AM her sister Bimla Devi who was pregnant got labour pain & they brought her to MGMSC Khaneri for treatment. At MGMSC Khaneri in Emergency room doctor gave her preliminary treatment and told her that blood pressure of her sister was very high & he called Gynecologist for checkup that referred her to IGMC Shimla for further treatment and on way near Kumarsain she had died. This incident happened due to negligent act of the M/O MGMSC Khaneri. Case has been registered.

  5. A Cheating case FIR No 97/16 has been registered at PS Rorhu on 24.09.2016 U/S 419,420,465,467 IPC on the complainant of Smt. Babita Nashintu Pradhan of GP Bhalara alleging therein that a person namely Vinod Kumar S/o Sh Prem Lal village Dokru P/o Rohal Tehsil Jhandutta Distt Bilaspur HP cheated him with an amount of rupee 2,80,000. She said this person contacted her impersonating himself as an agent of Su-Kam Company, which deals in the business of solar lights and told her telephonically that he was at Rohru on the behalf of company and delivering subsidized solar light in Panchyats and she believed him. She and other ward members collected the amount of 2,80,000 rupee form 56 villagers from their panchayat 5000 rupee from each person .and gave any receipt of money. The case is being investigated by SI Vikas Sharma Add/SHO PS Rorhu.

  6. A Wrongful restraint case FIR No 62/16 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 25.09.2016 U/S 341, 323, 506, 34 IPC on the complaint of Sh Bhadur Singh S/o Sh Bansi Lal R/o village Barsheel P/o Chirgaon Tehsil Chirgaon Distt Shimla alleging Therein that today on 25.09.2016 two persons namely Chaman Lal and Ram Bhagat obstructed his way, beaten him brutally. They also threatened him with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Deepak.

  7. A Wrongful restraint case FIR No 63/16 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 25.09.2016 U/S 341, 323, 506, 34 IPC on the complaint of Smt Ram pyariW/o Sh Chaman Lal  R/o village Barsheel P/o Chirgaon Tehsil Chirgaon Distt Shimla alleging therein that today on 25.09.2016 some person namely Bhadur Singh, Sanjeev, Guru Dev  obstructed her way, beaten her brutally. They also threatened her with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Deepak.

  8. During last 24 hours 343 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 145 & fine realized Rs. 76,200/-, 06 persons challaned under smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 600/-
