Crime Report On October 24, 2015.

1. An Accident case FIR No. 96/15 has been registered at PS East on dated 23.10.2015 U/S 279 IPC & 187 M.V. Act on the statement of Sh. Sumit Khatri  s/o Lt. sh. Chet Ram  R/O A-5, Section House servant, Near HHH, Shimla alleging therein that he was driving a Tipper No HP-64-3873 on dated 23-10-15, when he was reached near Passport office panthagati a car No HP-63c-3007 hit his above tipper and run away from the spot. This accident occurred due to the negligent and rash driving of driver of Car No HP 63C-3007. Case is investigated  by HC Parmod, I/O P. P Kasumpti, PS East, Shimla.

2. An Accident case FIR No. 314/15 has been registered at PS Sadar today on dated 24.10.2015 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 187 M.V. Act on the statement of Sh. Abinash Singhi R/o 193/13 Ganj Road Shimla stated that  when he was going towards Jakhu,  an Alto car no. HP03-B 1051 hit him and run away  from the spot. In this accident he sustained injuries. The case investigated by H.C. Rajpal, I/O PP Lakkar Bazar, PS Sadar, Shimla.

3. Voluntarily causing hurt by dangerous weapons or means case FIR No. 312/15 has been registered at PS Sadar on dated 23.10.2015 U/S 324,323,504,427 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Prem Kumar S/O Sh. Shounk Ram R/O 309/1, Sikh Line, Krishna Nagar, Shimla alleging therein that at 9.30 PM his brother-in-law Aman come his quarter in drunken condition and beaten him and his wife. In this incident he sustained injuries. Case is investigated  by HC Vinod I/O PS Sadar, Shimla.

4. A House Trespass case FIR No. 183/15 has been registered at PS Rampur on 24.10.2015 U/S 451, 323, 427, 147, 149 IPC on the application of Sh. Mukesh Sharma S/O Sh. Devi Ram Manager Hotel North Park Nirsu, Tehsil Rampur, Shimla alleging therein that at about 10.00 PM Harish, Sunny, Maddi, Bhim, Devesh Ravi etc. Trespassed the Hotel and broken the glasses of vehicles & above Hotel. They also beaten the Honny Thakur, Annu Thakur, sanjeev Kumar & Gagan etc. In this incident they sustained injuries. Case is investigated  by HC Narjeev Kumar I/O PS Rampur, Shimla.

5. A Rioting case FIR No. 184/15 has been registered at PS Rampur on 24.10.2015 U/S 341, 323, 427, 147, 149, 506 IPC on the application of Sh. Amit Deshta S/O Sh. Yog Raj R/O Vill. Jakdhar, PO Narain, Tehsil Rampur, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that at about 10.30 PM he alongwith his friends was going in his veh. No. HP-06A-4593 towards Badrash. When he reached near Hotel North Park at Nirsu, some people namely Gulab Thakur, Honny, Annu, Gagan, Golu, Kesar Nand etc. Obstructed his way and broken his above vehicle and beaten him and his friends. In this incident he and his friends sustained injuries. Case is investigated  by SI/Addl. SHO Naresh Sharma I/O PS Rampur, Shimla.

6. During last 24 hours 214 vehicles challaned under M.V. Act, 10 persons challaned Smoking Act. Total Challan compounded = 144 and fine realized Rs. 48,900.00 only.
