Crime Report on Oct. 20, 2015

1. An Excise Act case FIR No 105/15 has been registered at PS Jhakri on 19.10.2015 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI Kulwant Singh, SHO PS Jhakri  alleging therein that on 19.10.2015 he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty towards Ganvi. On the secret information, he searched the Dhara of  Anand Singh S/o Sh. Ram Singh R/o  Village Ninvi PO Ganvi, Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla & recovered 24 bottles of country liquor.  The Case is being investigating by self SI Kulwant Singh,SHO PS Jhakri.

2. An Excise Act case FIR NO 47/15 has been registered at PS Nerwa today on 20.03.2015 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI Narender Singh, SHO PS Nerwa alleging therein that he along with staff was on patrolling duty. When he reached at Dawada Pul, on the secret information he searched the Dhaba of  Jagat Ram S/o Sh. Beli Ram R/O Village Manu PO Gayah, Tehsil Chopal, Shimla and recovered 12 bottles of country liquor marka Sirmour Orange from his possession. The case is being investigated by self SI/SHO Narender Singh P.S Nerwa  Shimla.

3. An Accident case FIR NO 262/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Tikkam Thakur S/o Sh. Lal singh R/o Village Dagech, PO Junga, Distt. Shimla stated therein that on 19.10.2015, he was going going to Suetha alongwith Jiya Lal in his Pick-Up. At about 05-35 PM, when he reached near Suetha, he saw that one Pick-Up No. HP-13-1339 met with an accident on the link road from Ashwani Pul to Chakhara & rolled down from the road due to rash & negligent driving of Sukh Dev. In this accident driver Sukh Dev & Maya Devi sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Virender, I/O PP Junga.

4. An Accident case FIR No 55/15 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 19.10.2015 U/S 279, 337, 304A IPC on the statement of  Sh. Sahil Chauhan  S/o  Lt.  Sh  Devi Singh  R/o Village & PO  Mandal Tehsil  Jubbal, Distt. Shimla alleging therein that he was  going to  home  with  his friends  in the vehicle No.  HP-52A-5052 (Centro  Car).  When they reached  near  Ganti Khad, above vehicle met with an accident due to rash & negligent driving of Rajesh Rawat  and  rolled down into  the  river from road.   In this accident one  person namely Ravinder Ravi  died on the spot  and another three persons sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by  HC  Gopal  Singh  I/O PP  S/Nagar, PS Jubbal.   

5. An Accident case FIR No. 57/15 has been registered at PS Sunni today on 20.10.2015 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Rishabh S/o Sh. Sunder Singh R/o Village Balabag PO Chambi Tehsil Chopal Distt Shimla alleging therein that  on 20.10.2015 he was coming back to Sunni from Tattapani alongwith Kushal Sharma S/o Sh. Deep Ram R/o Village Shakra Tehsil Karsog Distt Mandi and Kailash S/O Ghanshyam R/o Village & PO Gadheri Tehsil Sunni Distt. Shimla in vehicle No.   HP-03D-1810. At about 12-30AM, when they reached at Bajiyuri Nalah, above vehicle met with an accident due to rash & negligent driving of Kushal Sharma & rolled down 70/80 feet from the road into Satluj river. In this accident he & Kushal sustained injuries, whereas no information about the condition of Kailash.   The  case is being investigated by SI/SHO PS Sunni.

6. An Accident case FIR No. 107/15 has been registered at PS New Shimla today on 20.10.2015 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Ms. Meena D/o Sh. Shobha Ram R/o Village Bakhukhola, PO Devkhuri Dada, Odda No. 2, Anchal Rapati, Nepal A/P Harihar Building, Kanlog Shimla stated therein that today she alongwith her elder sister Seema was going to School at Shivpuri. At about 09-30 AM, when they are crossing the road, at the same time one Motorcycle No. HP-31A-5594, ridden by Vikas, came rashly from ISBT side and hit her, caused sustained injuries on her right leg.

7. A Grievous injury case FIR No 182/15 has been registered at PS Rampur on 19.10.2015 U/S  325 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Ashok S/o Sh. Kamla Nand R/o Village Dalog, PO Narain, Tehsil Rampur, Distt. Shimla stated therein that on 07.10.2015, his brother namely Karam Singh beaten him brutally. On this he was medically examined at MG MSC Khaneri. On 19.10.2015,  Medical Officer has given grievous injury to him on his final opinion.  The case is being investigating by I/C PP Taklech

8. A Cheating Case FIR NO. 14/15 has been registered at PS 1^st Women Police Station at BCS, New Shimla on 19.10.2015 U/S 420 IPC on the rukka of ASI Het Ram I/O FW PS BCS New Shimla alleging therein that he alongwith staff was on patrolling/traffic checking near Tara Mata Truck Union BCS Shimla. During checking one Scorpio  No. HP-35-3202 driven by Mr. Rajinder Singh S/o Sh. Budhi Singh R/o Village Mihana, PO Chanair Tehsil Theog Distt Shimla intercepted by him by using the fraud number plate. The case is being investigated by  ASI Het Ram I/O FW PS BCS New Shimla.

9. A Trespass case FIR No. 51/15 has been registered at PS Chopal today on 20.10.2015 U/S 447 427 34 IPC on the application of Sh. Chetan Verma S/o Lt. Sh. K.R. Verma alleging therein that one person namely Kewal Ram Bhagta S/o Sh. Hari Singh alongwith his family members was constructing  the building near his house and damaged the safely tank & two pillars of his building.  The case is being investigated by ASI Ram Gopal, I/O PS Chopal.

10. During last 24 hours 294 vehicles challaned under MV Act. Total challaned compounded= 130 & fine realized Rs. 53,800/-
