Crime Report on Oct. 26, 2015

1. An Accident case FIR No.105/15 has been registered at PS Rohru on 25.10.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Shiv Singh S/O Sh. Rajinder Thakur R/O Karalash P.O Kansakoti Tehsil Rohru Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 25.10.2015 at atbou 03-00 PM, a vehicle No. HP-10A-1870 (Pick-Up) met with an accident near village Karalash and rolled down 200 meter from the road due to rash & negligent driving of Tanuj. In this incident was negligent and rash driving of driver Tanuj. In this accident, his son namely Ayush & driver Tanuj, sustained injuries.  The case is being investigated by HC Ashish, I/O PS Rohru.   
2. An Accident case FIR No. 267/15 has been registered at PS West today on 26.10.2015 U/S 279 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh. Praveen Kumar S/o Sh. Vidhi Chand R/o Village Kotaloo, PO Paplah, Tehsil Jaisinghpur, Distt. Kangra A/P Driver in HRTC Bus No. HP-63-3160, Local Unit Dhalli, Shimla stated therein that today he was going to New Shimla from Annandale. When he reached near Kennedy Chowk, at the same time a vehicle No. HP-01A-1526 (Tavera) came rashly  & hit with his bus and run away from the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Maan Singh, I/O PS West.
3. An Accident Case FIR  No 104/15 has been registered at PS Kumarsain today on        26.10.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC on the Statement of Smt. Rachana W/o Sh Mela Ram R/o Vill Amarnal PO Shamathala Tehsil Kumarsain alleging therein that today at About     01-30 PM one Private Bus bearing No HP-63-3187 (Kalta Coach) was coming towards Narkanda to Kotgarh (Via Rampur to Bagipul ) met with an accident near  Jaban Nala      (Bharari Dhar) and rolled down on 11 feet to link road Kotgarh. In this accident 13 persons sustained Injuries. The name of the injured persons are as under. 1Rachana Devi W/O Mela ram r/o Vill Amarnala PO Shamthala Tehsil Kumarsain Distt Shimla Age 30 years, 2 Hira devi W/o Vinod kumar R/o Vill Dalan PO Veergarh Age 31, 3 Naresh Kumar S/o hem chand R/o Vill Shilaru Tehsil Theog Age 36, 4Santosh verma D/o bala Ram R/o Vill Shawat Age 23 Years. 5. Abhinil S/o Dhanpat R/o Vill Dalan Age 42 .6 Anita Roy W/o AbhinilAge 38 years, 7 Raj Kumar S/o Nainsukh R/o Vill Shamala Tehsil Rohru Age 23 years.8 Sudhira W/o Manjit singh Bhalan Tehsil Kumarsain Age 37 Years, 9Sushama D/o Kuffu Ram R/o Knela Age 34 years. 10.Anita D/o Joginder R/o Majhwati Age 22 years.11. Neeraj Singh S/o Naram Singh R/o Majhwati Age 36 years. 12 Conductor . Dinesh jasta S/o lachhi ram R/o Vill Kiyar Tehsil Theog Age 24 years. 13 Kapil S/o Khushi ram R/o Bagar Age 26 years 14.DVR . jagdish chand S/o Sita Ram R/o Vill rajholi PO Dhamandali Tehsil Theog Distt Shimla Age 30 years. The case is being investigated by ASI Ishwar Singh, I/O PS Kumarsain.
4. During last 24 hours 511 vehicles challaned under MV Act & 03 Persons challaned under Smoking Act. Total challaned compounded= 331 & fine realized Rs. 95,300/-
