1. A ND&PS Act case FIR No. 361/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli today on 18.10.2015 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of SI Tavender Singh, I/O PS Dhalli stated therein that on the intervening night of 17/18.10.2015, he alongwith staff on Nakabandi duty on NH-22 near IPH office at Mashobra Bifurcation. At about 03-30 AM, one person namely Suresh Kumar S/o Sh. Dilami Ram R/o Village Jheena, PO Chambi, Tehsil Chopal, Shimla intercepted by them. During search, 3.100 Kg, charas recovered from his possession. The case is being investigated by SI Tavender Singh, I/O PS Dhalli.
2. An Accident case FIR No. 53/15 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 17.10.2015 U/S 279,337,304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Atu Sharma S/o Sh. Pawan Kumar Sharma R/o Haripur Guler PO Guler Tehsil Dehra PS Haripur HP alleging therein that on 17.10.2015 he alongwith Rishu, Raman, Anil & Durga Nepali were going to Mandol from Sheelghat to load the apple boxes in vehicle No. HP-64-4213, driven by Rajinder Singh. When they reached at Gahir Electric Transformer, above vehicle met with an accident due to rash & negligent driving of Rajinder Singh and rolled down from the road, caused one person namely Durga Nepali died on the spot and another 05 persons sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Rajkumar, I/O PS Jubbal.
3. During last 24 hours 301 vehicles challaned under MV Act, 01 person challaned under Smoking Act & 02 challan under Mining Act. Total challaned compounded= 131 & fine realized Rs. 51,500/-.
