1 A Theft case FIR No.94/15has been registered at PS East on 22.10.2015 U/S 457/380 IPC on the statement of Anil Kumar S/O Madan Lal R/O Pooja Niwas Lower Panthaghat Near Beolia Tehsil and District Shimla alleging therein that yesterday on 21.10.2015 he went to the temple along with his family near about 10/11:00 PM when he returned back to his house then they found that the lock of the main door was broken by some unknown person & stolen away Rs 25,000/- cash and gold/silver ornaments from the house total worth Rs1,20,000/-.The case is being investigated by HC Pramod I/C PP Kasumpti .
2 An Accident case FIR No 363/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli today on 22.10.2015 U/S 279 IPC on the statement of Sh Mohan Sharma R/o Moharal Cottage Tuti Kandi Shimla alleging therein that he was going towards Sanjauli from Chotta Shimla in his vehicle No HP-52-9009when he reached near Sanjauli at the same time an temporary No vehice hit his car due to rash & negligent driving of driver Munna Singh S/o Sh karveer Singh R/o Engine Ghar Sanjauli Shimla.The case is being investigated by HC Kishor Kumar I/O PP Sanjauli .
3 An Accident case FIR No 97/15 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 22.10.2015 U/S 279,337,304A IPC on the statement of Ashok Kumar S/o Sh Abhi Ram R/o Village Ghalodi P/o Batari Tehsil Kumarsain alleging there in that intervening night of 21/22.10.2015 he was travelling in car No HP-63c-0704 towards kothgarh along with Suresh Chand & Deepak .Near kothgarh above mention vehicle met with accident & rolled down out of the road near Kothgarh in which Suresh Chand S/o Bhagat Ram R/o village Dharodi P/o Batari Tehsil kumarsain died on the spot and two persons namely Ashok Kumar S/o late Sh Sunder Lal & Driver Deepak S/o Chandu Lal got sustained injuries.This accident happened due to rash & negligent driving of driver Deepak.The case is being investigated by HC Ram Sain I/O PS Kumarsain
4 An Accident case FIR No 98/15 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 22.10.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of sh Aman Tamang S/o Sh Veer Bhadur Tamang A/P Chomin dhaba Matiyana Tehsil Theog Distt shimla alleging therein that on today at 6:30 AM One pickup No HP-63A-1533 met with an accident on NH-5 near Oddi in which three nepalies Surindersingh, Santosh ,AmanTtamang sustained injuries.This accident happened due to rash and negligent driving of the driver .The Case is being investigated by LHC Sita I/O PS Kumarsain.
5 During last 24 hours 196 vehicles challaned under MV Act. Total challaned compounded= 87 & fine realized Rs. 42,500/-
