Crime Report on Oct. 30, 2015

1. An Excise Act case FIR No.108/15 has been registered at PS Rohru on 29.10.2015 U/S 39 (i)  HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI Vikas Sharma, Addl. SHO PS Rohru stated therein that on 29.10.2015, he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty towards  at Arhal (Rohru) and recovered  08 bottles country liquor  from the possession of  Narender Mehta  S/O Sh. Kana Singh  R/O VPO  Arhal Tehsil Rohru Distt  Shimla. The case is being investigated by SI Vikas Sharma, Addl. SHO PS Rohru.
2. An Excise Act case FIR No. 105/15 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 29.10.2015 U/S 39 (i) HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Ishwar Singh  I/O PS Kumarsain stated therein that on 29.10.2015 at about 03-30 PM, during traffic Checking at Dalan(Kotgarh), 96 bottles of country liquor marka Lalkila recovered from M/Car No DL-3K-5842 from the possession of  Balbir Singh S/O Sh.Rup Chand   R/O Dalan Tehsil  K/Sain  Distt  Shimla.  The case is being investigated by ASI Ishwer Singh  I/O PS K/Sain.
3. An Accident case FIR No 187/15 has been registered at PS Rampur today on 30.10.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC  on the Statement of Sh. Guddu Mal S/O Sh. Sanku Ram Vill. Banoti PO Devi Dhar Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla HP alleging therein that on the intervening night of 29/30.10.2015,  he was going towards Palzara along with his wife Pati Devi, Jai Karan, Sher Singh, Lekh Raj & Bitamber Dass in the vehicle (Bolero Camper) driven by Sh. Sulekh S/o  Sh. Mouji Ram Vill Banoti Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla. When they reached near Sharan Nala, above Bolero Camper met with an accident at due to rash & negligent driving of Sh. Sulekh, caused sustained injuries to all passenger. The case is being investigating by I/C PP Taklech.
4. A Cheating case FIR No. 97/15 has been registered at PS East on 29.10.2015 U/S 420, 34 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Arvind Sharma A/P Company Secretary O/O HP State Civil Supplies Co-operation Ltd., Block No. 16-17, SDA Complex Kasumpti, Shimla-9 stated therein that three persons namely Sanjay Gupta, Ajay Kumar & Sahil Gard have not produced GR & Gate Pass of items with original documents and prepare forgery documents with the intention to cheat the above Civil Supply office. The case is being investigated by I/C Police Post Kasumpti.
5. Attempt to Theft case FIR No. 106/15 has been registered at PS Kumarsain today on 30.10.2015 U/S 457,427,511 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Vaibhav Singh S/o Sh. Prakash Chand A/P Asstt. Manager, UCO Bank Branch at Kingal stated therein that on the intervening night of 29/30.10.2015, some unknown person has broken the lock of UCO Bank Branch at Kingal, CCTV alarm wire, Modem & also tried to broken the cash Chest with the intention to theft. The case is being investigated by SI Virochan Singh Negi, SHO PS Kumarsain.  
6. During last 24 hours 221 vehicles challaned under MV Act. Total challaned compounded= 75 & fine realized Rs. 37,600/-
