An Excise case FIR No 104/15 has been registered at PS Jhakri today on 18.10.2015 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Bhoop Singh I/O PP Jeori alleging therein that on 18.10.2015, he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty at Fancha link road along with staff. At about 10:45 PM, A/F vehicle came from Ganvi to Fancha intercepted by them & recovered 36 bottles of country liquor from possession of person namely Shyam Sunder S/o Madan Gopal R/o VPO Fancha Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla. The Case is being investigated ASI Bhoop Singh I/C PP Jeori .
An Accident case FIR No 260/15 has been registered at PS West on 14.10.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Anil Kumar S/o Sh. Sharif R/o Village Sihardi P/o Dharampur Distt Solan alleging therein that he was going to Solan from Shimla along with his relatives. They were waiting for their vehicle at Shoghi, at the same time a vehicle No PB-02-BY-3200 came rashly from Shimla side & hit his uncle & aunty, caused sustained injuries to them. The case is being investigating by HC Ravinder Kumar I/O PS West.
A House Trespass case FIR No 181/15 has been registered at PS Rampur on 18.10.2015 U/S 451,323,504 IPC on the application of Sh. Anita Devi W/o Sh Surinder Kumar R/o Village Katardhar P/o Sholi Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla HP alleging therein that on 17.10.2015, she was sleeping in her house. At about 10.00 PM one persons namely Nikki Ram S/o Sh Munni lal R/o Village Kuthardhar P/o Sholi Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla entered in her house in drunken condition, abused her and threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Devinder Nath I/O PP Nankhri.
4 During last 24 hours 172 vehicles challaned under MV Act, 05 persons challaned under Smoking Act & 02 challaned under Mining Act. Total challaned compounded= 78 & fine realized Rs. 20,900/-
