Crime Repot June 18, 2015

1. A Trespass case FIR No. 85/15 has been registered at PS Theog on  17/6/15 U/S 341,323,451,506 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Raju S/o Pania Ram R/o Vill Dharach PO Dhamandri Tehsil Theog alleging therein that on 16-06-2015 he was going to Dochi. When he reached 100/200 meter far from his village, at the same time Sh. Moti Ram, Jaisi Ram @ Manju both S/o Sudama Ram their servent Chotu PO Dharach PO Dhamandri Tehsil Theog obstructed his way and beaten him. They have also entered in his house and threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by ASI Ram Singh I/O PP Phagu PS Theog.

2. A Trespass case FIR No.86/15 has been registered at PS Theog on 17-6-2015 U/S 451,323,34,506 IPC on the complaint of Jaisi Ram S/o Sudama Ram R/o Vill Batiuda alleging therein that on 17-06-2015  at about 10-00 PM, three persons namely Raju S/o Pania Ram, Rupu and  Pania Ram pelting stone on his house. When he came out from the house, at the same time Raju came to his premises and beaten him. The case is being investigated by HC Ramesh I.O PP Phagu PS Theog.

3. A Fire Incident case FIR No. 31/15 has been registered at PS Suni today on 18-6-15 U/S 285 IPC on the statement of Sh. Yadvender Sharma S/o Roop Chand Sharma Vill. Pirgali PO.  Basantpur  Teh.  Sunni stated therein  that on 04-06-2015, Sh. Chuni Lal S/o Jeewan Dass R/o Vill Pirgali PO. Basantpur Tehsil Sunni was burning the bushes in the fields. Suddenly the fire spread due to negligence of Chunni Lal  and entered in his garden. Due to fire, one plant of mango & two plants of peaches have been burnt.  The case is being investigated by ASI Suresh Kumar I.O. PS Sunni.

4. During the last 24 hours total 217 vehicles Challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act & 02 persons challaned under Smoking Act. Total Challan compounded = 97 and fine realized Rs 41,200/-                                       

   Follow-Up

1. Rakesh Thapa S/o Sh. Pawan Singh Thapa R/o Village Manikpur PO Garwa Tehsil & Distt. Dhang Anchal Rawati Nepal age 23 years has been arrested in case FIR No. 51/15 Dt. 15.06.2015 U/S 363, 354(B) IPC & 8 POCSO act PS Rohru, today sent to judicial remand upto 29.06.2015.

2. Prem Bahadur S/o Sh. Run Bahadur R/o Village Tulsipur, Distt. Dang, age 42 years, arrested in case FIR No. 51/15 Dt. 4.06.2015 U/S 379 IPC & 25 Telegraph Act at PS Kumarsain, today sent to judicial remand for 14 days.
