An Excise Act case FIR No. 134/15 has been registered at PS Sadar on 11-06-15 U/S 39 HP Excise Act PS Sadar on the rukka of ASI Ram Pal I/O PS Sadar Shimla stated therein that on 11-06-2015 at about 09-45 PM, on the secret information, he searched the Dhaba of Janak bhadur at Ganj bazaar and recovered 12 bottles country liquor Nalagarh No-1 from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Ram Pal I.O PS Sadar.
An Excise Act case FIR No. 82/15 has been registered at PS Theog on 12-06-15 U/S 39 HP Excise Act PS Sadar on the rukka of Insp. Gauri Dutt, SHO PS Theog stated therein that on 12-06-2015, during patrolling towards Chhaila, One person namely Hari Dutt S/o Sh. Jai Ram R/o Village Basmol, PO Kyar, Tehsil Theog, Shimla, intercepted by them. During search 12 bottles country liquor marka Sirmaur Orange recovered from his possession. The case is being investigated by Insp. Gauri Dutt, SHO PS Theog.
An Accident case FIR No 28/15 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 11.06.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh Raju Lama Nepali C/o C.L. Negi R/o vill Kohalar Tehsil Jubbal, Shimla stated therein that on 11-06-2015, one Vehicle No. HP-10A-5938 (Maruti 800) met with an accident near his dhara and rolled down from the road due to rash and negligent driving of Deepak R/o Vill Sundli Tehsil Jubbal, Shimla. In this incident Deepak sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Pyare Lal, I/O PS Jubbal.
An Assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty case FIR No. 133/15 has been registered at PS Sadar on 11-06-15 U/S 353 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Joginder Singh S/o Late Sh. Deep Ram R/o Vill Kambi PO Bhont Tehsil and Distt. Shimla alleging therein that he is an employee in Municipal Corporation Shimla. On 11.06.2015 at about 04-15 PM when he was on duty in Lower Bazar Shimla and found that hawkers are selling their product on the road near Lower Bazar Tunnel. When he asked them to remove their chhaba, on this, they were scuffle with him during duty and torn up his clothes . The case is being investigated by SI Jai Nand, I/O PS Sadar.
During the last 24 hours total 207 vehicles Challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act,. Total Challan compounded = 88 and fine realized Rs 33,800/-
