Crime Report June 22, 2015

1. An Accident case FIR No. 105/15 has been registered at PS Rampur today i.e. 22.06.2015 U/S 279 IPC on the rukka of HC Yoginder Singh, I/O PS Rampur stated therein that on 21.06.2015 at about 09.30 PM Pm, one Bolero Camper No HP-06A-5792 collide with another Car No HP-06A-3910 (A-star) at NH-5 Nirsu due to rash & negligent driving of  B/Camper Driver namely Har Mohan Mehta. The case is being investigated by HC Yoginder Singh, I/O PS Rampur.
2. A Trespass case FIR No. 89/15 has been registered at PS Theog 21.06.2015 U/S 451 323 506 34 IPC on the complaint of  Sh. Mansa Ram S/o Sh. Bholroo Ram R/o Village Kashvi, PO Kyar, Tehsil Theog, Shimla stated therein that on 21.06.2015 at about 11-00 PM, his grandsons namely Suresh & Sandeep have entered in his premises & beaten him and threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Maan Dev, I/O PP Fagu, Shimla.
3. A Burglary case FIR No. 54/15 has been registered at PS Rohru today i.e. 22.06.2015 U/S 457, 380 IPC on the application of Sh Sunil Sood S/o Sh. Deen Dyal Sood R/o Thakur Niwas Ward No. 3, Rohru alleging therein that in the intervening night of 21/22.06.2015, he alongwith his neighbors caught red-handed one person namely Surender Singh, when he was trying to stole some articles from his store. The case is being investigated by ASI Ranjeet Singh, I/C PP City Rohru.
4. A Theft case FIR No 222/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 21.06.2015 U/S 379 IPC on the application of Sh. Amit Dogra S/O Sh.L.R. Dogra R/o village & PO Bamta Tehsil Chopal Distt Shimla alleging therein that in the intervening night of 19/20.06.2015 some unknown person has stolen away his Motorcycle No. HR-01-AF-6237 bearing Chassis No:MD63KE2C2L49754 Engine N0:OE6LC2177403,  Model: TVS APACHE White Colour, parked at Dhalli bypass road. The case is being investigated by HC Rameshwar I/O PS Dhalli.
5. An information regarding accident received now that on 21.06.2015,one Bolero Pick-Up No. HP-63C-1127 was going towards Villge Jodna from Pulbahal. Seven persons were sit in this Pick-Up. At about 11-15 PM, when they reached near Mundla Nalah, above vehicle met with an accident & rolled down 150 meter from the road. In this accident three persons namely Pradeep Singh & Atma Ram both were Sons of Sh. Sohi Ram R/o Village Jodna, age 65 & 67 years and Surender S/o Sh. Mast Ram R/o Village Jodna, age 40 years have been died on the spot. Four persons namely Pramod, Jagdish, Aman & Naresh sustained injuries. Above injured persons are being brought to IGMC Shimla for treatment from CHC Theog.  
6. During the last 24 hours total 145 vehicles challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act & 06 Persons challaned under Smoking Act. Total Challan compounded = 86 and fine realized Rs. 30,100/-. 

Follow-Up

1. Surender Singh S/o Sh. Kanwar Singh R/o Village Bandroo, PO Pabhahan, Tehsil Chopal, Shimla age 30 years, arrested today in case FIR No. 54/15 Dt. 22.06.2015 U/S 457 380 IPC PS Rohru. He will be produced before LD. Court tomorrow.
2. Twenty (20) accused namely : Dinesh Kumar, Puneet Kanwar, Birbal, Vinod Kumar,  Vikram Himalvi, Bhim Dev, Rajender Singh, Avtar singh, Charanjeet Singh, Kulvir Singh, Rahul, Baljit Singh, Gurenderjit Singh, Parminder Singh, Kuldeep Singh, Sonu, Gurpreet Singh, Harpreet Singh, Gagandeep Singh and Iqbal Singh have been arrested in case FIR NO. 150/15 Dated 20.06.2015 U/S 147,148,149,427,506,324,452,458,341, 447 IPC at P.S. West and are further in police remand up to 23.06.2015.
