Crime Report 25 June, 2015

1. An Accident case FIR No. 106/15 has been registered at PS Rampur today i.e. 25-6-15 U/S 279,337,304A IPC on the statemenat of Sh. Jagmaohan S/o Biru Ram R/o Village Shoulan PO Devnagar, Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla stated therein that today about 07-15 AM one vehicle No HP-o1A-1125 met with an accident near Badrash due to rash & negligent driving of Amar Singh. In this accident two persons namely Kamal Kumar and Ram Swroop died on the spot and driver Amar Singh sustained injury. The case is being investigated by ASI Ishwar Singh I/C PP Taklech.
2. An House Trespass case FIR No. 224/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 24.06.2015 U/S 452,341,323 IPC on the application of Sh. Ram Dev Negi R/o Basant Building Dhalli Shimla alleging therein that his neighbourer namely Mool Chand alongwith two persons beaten him inside the room and he sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Narinder I.O PS Dhalli.
3. A Burglary case FIR No 57/15 has been registered at PS Rohru today on 25-6-2015 U/S 457,380 on the complaint of Sh. Prince Kaista S/O Mohinder Kaista R/O Bhakhirna PO Samoli Teh Rohru Distt Shimla H.P alleging therein that in the intervening night of 24/25-6-2015 Some unknown person has been stolen away Mobiles phones of various company from his shop.  The case investigated by HC Parkash Chand I/O PS Rohru.
4. During the last 24 hours total 214 vehicles challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act. Total Challan compounded = 77 and fine realized Rs. 41,300/-.
