Crime Report June 20, 2015

1. An Accident case FIR No. 27/15 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 19.06.2015 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Rattan Lal Bahadur S/o Sh. Mewa Lal R/o Pachhabang, Distt. Rolpa Nepal C/o Bittu R/o Village Salyana, PO Chalnair, Tehsil Kotkhai, Shimla stated therein that on 19.06.2015 at about 03-50 PM, one Tanker No. HP-10A-4510 met with an accident near village Salyana, due to rash & negligent driving of Prem Sagar. In this accident driver Prem Sagar & conductor Vicky sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Kamal Dev, I/O PS Kotkhai.

2. A Rioting case FIR No. 150/15 has been registered at PS West today on 20.06.2015 U/S 147,148,149,427,506,324,452,458,341,447 IPC on the statement of Sh. Nek Ram S/o Sh. Shabhu Ram R/o Village Ichhaseri, PO Gannahatti, Shimla stated therein that today at about 04-00 AM, some unknown persons called him. When he came out from his house, at the same time, one person thrown something on his eyes. They bring out him alongwith his family and threatened with dire consequences. After that they have started broken his house with JCB Machine No. HP-62A-2155 and thrown all the house hold articles outside his house. He doubts that workers of SAI Company has destroyed his house with the intention to encroach on his land. The case is being investigated by ASI Mohan Lal, I/O PP Jatogh.

3. During the last 24 hours total 178 vehicles Challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act. Total Challan compounded = 58 and fine realized Rs 23,500/-
