Crime Report 14 June 2015

1. An Excise Act case FIR NO 22/15 has been registered at PS Kotkhai  on 13.06.15 U/S 39 OF HP Excise Act has been registered on the rukka of SI Dharam Sain Negi SHO PS Kotkhai alleging therein that on 13-06-15 at about 3.50 pm when he was on patrolling alongwith staff towards Chalnair he recovered 7 bottles of country liquor marka darling from the illegal possession of Ram Bhadur S/o Sh Tek Bhadur Nepali C/o Subhash Chauhan village Chalnair Tehsil Kotkhai Distt Shimla . The case is being investigated by SI Dharam Sain Negi SHO PS Kotkhai.
2. An Accident  case FIR No49/15 has been registered at PS Rohru on 14-6-2015 u/s 279,337 IPC  on the  statement of   Sh. Kamal Kishor  S/o Suresh Chand R/o Soili  P.O Bhumati Tehsil & PS  Arki Distt Solan age 22 yrs alleging therein  that  today at about  11-30 am  one wagnor car No. HP 10A-6896 came rashly and negligently in the Goel Show room at Shakti nagar Rohru and hit the alto car No. 10A 6525. In this incident Partap Singh and his daughter Suresha Sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Kundan Lal I.O PS Rohru.  
3. A Wrongful restraint case FIR No.21/15 has been registered at PS Nerwa on 13.06.15 U/S 341,323,504 IPC on the Complaint of Smt. Veena Devi W/O Sh. Mohan Lal R/O Bhoot P.O Bharanu P.S Nerwa Tehsil Chopal Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 13.06.15 at about 01:00 PM when She was going towards Roshan Lal house to meet his brother at the same time accused Meena Devi obstruct her way and beaten her. She sustained injuries in her nose and ear etc.  The case is being investigated by ASI Kuldeep Singh I/O P.S Nerwa.
4. A wrongful restraint case FIR No.23/15 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 13.06.2015 U/S 341,323,34 IPC on the complaint of Mohd.  Mushtak alleging there in that on 13-06-15 at about 09:15 PM when he was going to his home Tapri. Shakil and Gulzar Village Tapri P.S Guma Tehsil Kotkhai obstruct his way and beaten him. The case is being investigated by HC Ram Lal  I/O P.S Kotkhai.
5. A Burglary case FIR No. 143/15 has been registered at PS West today on 14-06-15 u/s 457,380 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Gauri Shankar S/o Sh. Khub Chand R/o Vill Gatju PO Chanog Tehsil Sunni Distt. Shimla alleging therein that today on 14-06-15 his land lord Sh. Devi Ram Sharma informed him that the shutter and glass of his shop was broken. When he checked the shop he found that 4 Mobile phone and 4000/-cash have been stolen by unknown person. The case is being investigated by SI Harish Kumar I/C PP Jatog PS West Shimla.
6. During the last 24 hours total 146 vehicles Challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act. Total Challan compounded = 54 and fine realized Rs 27,600/-
