A Murder case FIR No 237/14 is registered at PS Sadar on 30.12.2014 U/S 302 IPC on the rukka of SI Rajneesh Kumar, Incharge Police Post Lakkar Bazaar, Shimla state in that Sh. Tulsi Ram S/o Sh. Milkhi Ram R/o Village Barmu, PO Bharari, Tehsil & Distt. Shimla informed at Police Post that one person was lying on the path from Green Gate Longwood towards Barmu. On this information, he rushed to the spot and found that one Person (Nepali/Bihari) age about 21/22 years lying in dead position. During investigation, it is found that some unknown person has murdered him by strangulated with muffler. The case is being investigated by SI Rajnish Kumar I/C PP Lakkar Bazar, Shimla.
An Accident case FIR No. 204/14 has been registered at PS Theog on 29.12.2014 U/S 279,337,304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Vikram S/o Sh. Ramesh Kumar R/o House No. 29, SINGMA City, Patiala Highway, Jirakpur, Punjab alleing therein that on 29.12.2014, he alongwith his four friends came to visit Chhaila in vehicle No. PB-65Q-0165. When they reached near Khol Gali, driver Mandeep Singh lost his control and above vehicle rolled down from the road. In this accident, three persons namely Ravi Dhiman, Mandip Kumar & Aman died on the spot and they sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Inder Singh, I/O PS Theog.
A Cheating case FIR No.154/14 has been registered at PS Rohru on 29.12.2014 U/S 406,420 IPC on the complaint Jai Krishan Dutta S/O Late Sh. Padam Chand R/O Village Kalgaon, PO Pujarli No-2, Tehsil Rohru Distt Shimla alleging therein that during the Apple Season-2013, one person namely Rajeev Verma, Propritor Usha Sons Auto Components R/O Village & PO Shambuwala, Tehsil Nahan, Distt Sirmour HP has promised him to install Manufacturing Grading and Packing Machine. The cost of above machine was Rs. 2,62,500/-. He gave him a cheque of Rs. one lacs in advance. But now Rajiv Verma showed his inability to install the said machine and didn't return his money. When he tried to contact him, his mobile is going switch off. The case is being investigated by ASI Kundan Lal I/O PP Tikker
A Wrongful Restraint & Criminal intimidation case FIR No. 155/14 has been registered at PS Rohru on 29.12.2014 U/S 341,323,506 on the application of Sh. Lalit Kumar S/o Sh. Sher Singh R/O Village kui (Chapoti) Teh Rohru alleging therein that on 29.12.2014 at about 08-30 AM, he was going home towards Chapoti. On the way, Kushal S/o Sh. Huma Saran R/o Village Kui obstructed his way, beaten him and threatened with dire consequences. The case is bing investigated by HC Vinay, I/O PS Rohru .
An Accident case FIR No. 156/14 has been registered at PS Rohru on 29.12.2014 U/S 279 IPC on the statement of Sh. Panna Lal Chauhan S/O Late Sh. Narain Dass R/O Village Samala, Tehsil & PS Rohru, Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 29.12.2014 he parked his car No. HP-10A-3068 near Amartax Shop. At the same time one white color Maruti Car No. HP-10 A-2288 came rashly from Rohru side & hit his car and another car No. HP10A-3068. The case is being investigated by HC Prakash Chand I/O PS Rohru.
An Accident case FIR No. 282/14 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 29.12.2014 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Smt. Punam W/o Sh. Baldev Raj Sharma R/o Village Barog, PO Chandi Sewra, Tehsil Arki, Distt. Solan alleging therein that she was under treatment in IGMC Shimla. On 29.12.2014 she was going to her Mother's house at Dhalli. At about 04-00 PM, when she was crossing the road near HRTC workshop at Dhalli, at the same time one vehicle No. HP-76-0369 (Indica) came rashly from Kufri side and hit her. She sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Manohar Lal, I/O PS Dhalli.
During last 24 hours Total 214 vehicles challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act and 03 challaned under Smoking Act. Total challan compounded= 78 and the fine realized Rs. 28,000/-
Follow up
Accused Prem Lal S/o Sh. Nandu Ram R/o Village Lohanda, PO Salwana, Tehsil Sunder Nagar, Mandi A/P Junk dealer, Shop at Main Bazar Shoghi, Shimla has been arrested in case FIR No. 52/14 Dt. 457 380 411 IPC at PS West, bailed by the trial court.
Accused Amrik Singh Nagpal S/o Sh. Sardar Harbhajan Singh R/o Kothi No. 3008, 35-D, Chandigarh UT age 40 years, arreseted in case FIR No. 233/14 Dt. 21.11.14 U/S 30,31,41,42 IF Act, Section 16 LP Act and 447,420,461,468,120B,201,379 IPC at PS West bailed by the trial court
