A Theft case FIR No. 75/14 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 24.12.2014 U/S 379 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Anil Kumar Chaudhari s/o Pushp Dev Prasad Cchaudhari shopkeeper Maa Durga trading company Gumma alleging there in that he has dumped the iron angle and metal shetring plates at Halon nala. On 18.12.14 he has gone towards Baddi/Chandigarh and 24-12-2014 when he returned back he found that about 25-30 metal shetring plates has been stolen by unknown person. The case is being investigated by ASI Pradeep Kkumar I/C PP Baghi.
A House trespass case FIR No. 80/14 has been registered at PS Chopal on 25-12-14 u/s 452, 323, 506, 34 IPC on the statement of Sh. Dalip Kumar s/o late. Sh Beli Ram R/o Vill. Karkali (Khagna) P.O. Khagna Tehsil Chopal Distt Shimla alleging there in that on 25-12-14 at about 01:00 am three persons namely Gopal s/o Mehar Singh Vill Pathain, Seeta Ram s/o Mehar Singh Vill Pathain and Mohan Singh s/o Padma Ram Vill Karkali entered in the permises of his home and beaten the Yashpal @ Nitu with pipe and sticks and also threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by ASI Ram Gopal I/O PS Chopal.
A Cheating Case FIR No 235/14 has been registered at PS Sadar on 25-12-14 U/S 420,34 IPC on the complaint of Nidhi Bhalla R/O Hill View Lodge Bharari Shimla alleging therein that the director of India Eductech assured the complainant that he will give the degree of PHD in sociology after two years. Complainant deposited Rs. 65125/- for the purpose of degree, but after two years the director of said insitute refused to give PHD degree and did not retrun the money . The Case is being investigated by HC Raj Pal No I/O P.P Lakkar Bazar Shimla.
A Negligent conduct with respect to machinery case FIR NO. 199/14 has been registered at PS Theog on 24-12-2014 U/S 287,304A IPC on the rukka of HHC Sadhu Ram I.O. PS Theog alleginth therein that Jaswant Singh S/o Teja Singh Vill Jafarwal Tehsil & Distt. Gurdaspur, Punjab was working as a driver in CC Company. On 24-12-2014 during repairing of road, Roller No. Rcc-0013 rolled down from road due to negligent handling of driver. The driver of Roller Jaswant Singh died on the Spot. The case is being investigated by HHC Sadhu Ram I.O PS Theog.
An Accident Case FIR No 190/14 has been registered at PS Rampur on 25-12-2014 u/s 279,337 IPC statement of Sh Ravinder S/O Budh Ram VPO Dhar Gaura Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla HP alleging therein that on 24-12-2014 at about 10.00 PM he was going towards Sarla Parolg in vehicle no HP25C-0786 Alto Car along with Anup Negi, Sunny and Bhushan. When they reached near Sarla Parlog above vehicle met with an accident due to rash and negligent driving of driver Aman Kumar. In this accident all persons sustained injuries. The Case is being investigated by HC Dola Ram I.O PS Rampur.
An Accident case FIR NO 200/14 has been registered at PS Theog on 25-12-14 U/S 279,337,304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Bhagat Ram S/o Matha Ram R/o Manlog PO Devgarh tehsil Theog alleging therein that on 25-12-2014 when he alongwith his friends Rajesh, Sandeep and his uncle Dhani Ram were going to play cricket in the vehicle no. HP09C-2443 and reached near Bagain at the same time the driver of vehicle Ramesh Kumar lost the control over vehicle due to rash and negligent driving and it rolled down from the road. In this accident Dhani Ram died at Theog hospital and other all person sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Ram Lal I.O PS Theog.
During last 24 hours 166 vehicles challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act and 02 under M.V. Act. Total challan compounded= 91 and the fine realized Rs. 29,300/-
