A Wrongful restraint case FIR No.234/14 has been registered at PS Sadar on 22-12-14 U/S 341, 323, 504 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Mohna Lal S/o Late Sh. Durga Dass R/o H.No. 7 Molvi Ahata Kesri Bhawan Shimla-1 alleging therein on 22-12-2014 that when he was going to his quarter at the same time Parmode sood, his son Gaurava Sood, daughter-in-law Shashi Sood and wife stopped his way, abused and beaten him. The case is being investigated by ASI Nag Dev I.O PS Sadar.
During last 24 hours 139 vehicles challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act and 01 challan under Smoking Act. Total challan compounded= 57 and the fine realized Rs. 23,700/-
