Crime Report 08 December, 2014

1. An Accident case FIR No 163/14 has been registered at PS Rampur on 08.12.2014 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Anil Kumar S/O Sh. Ramanand R/o  Village Panvi, PO Durah, Tehsil & PS Nirmand, Distt Kullu HP alleging therein that he is posted as EMT in 108 Ambulance services. On 07.12.2014 at about 10.35 PM, he was going towards Anni from Khaneri. When he reached near Little Chef Hotel, one Car No HP-62-1682, driven by Naveen Kumar came rashly from Rampur side and collide with his ambulance. In which four persons sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Bhagat Ram, I/O PS Rampur.

2. A Fire Incident case FIR No. 145/14 has been registered at PS Rohru on 07.12.2014 U/S 285 IPC on the application of Sh. Braham Dev S/o Late Sh. Daulat Ram R/o Village Machoti, PO Jagothi, Tehsil Rohru, Distt. Shimla A/P Forest Guard alleging threin that during the intervening night of 04.12.2014, some unknown person has set a fire in forest C No. 29 © Kakoi Basa. Due to forest fire about 5 Hect.  forest land have been destroyed, but the forest was saved. In 2012-13, about 3300 plants of deodar approximately in 8 Hect. land have been burnt due to forest fire. The case is being investigated by ASI Chhering Dorje, I/C PP Sarahan.

3. An Accident case FIR NO. 242/14 has been registgered at PS West on 07.12.2014 U/S 279,337 IPC PS West on the statement of Sh. Kali Ram S/o Lt. Sh. Anant Ram R/o Vill. Chhayawag, PO Kohbag, Tehsil & Distt. Shimla alleging therein that he is posted as Beldar in P.W.D.  On 07.12.2014 he was going towards Sapri Ka Gharat in Tipper No. HP63-6579 driven by Raju Nepali. When they reached near Gaira More, suddenly tipper rolled down 150 feet from road, due to rash & negligent driving of Raju Nepali.  The case is being investigated by HC Madan Singh No. 79 I.O. P.P. Jutogh.

4. An Accident case FIR NO. 243/14 has been registered at PS West on 07.12.2014 U/S 279,337 IPC PS West, Shimla on the statement of Sh. Vikram Negi S/o Sh. Kabir Chand Negi R/o Vill. Telangi, PO Khuangi, Tehsil Kalpa, Distt. Kinnaur  alleging therein that on 07.12.2014 he was coming from Saranha to Shimla in his Car No. CH03P-8356 (Matiz) alongwith his brother Ankit Negi and Rakesh Negi. When they reached near Vidhan Sabha Bifurcation, one car No. HP-01A-3868 (Innova) came rashly from opposite direction and hit his car.  His brother Ankit Negi sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Shiv Kumar I/O PS West, Shimla.

5. An Endangering Life case FIR No 224/14 is registered at PS Sadar on 08.12.2014 U/S 336, 431, 290 IPC on the rukka of HC Ravinder Chaudhary, I/O PS Sadar Shimla alleging therein that P.K Sood Construction is constructing the new car parking below cart Road near Lift Shimla. On 08.12.2014 about 10-45 AM, due to the negligent digging of  P.K. Sood Construction company, some part of the main road leading towards Chhota Shimla  slided down near Lift and creat a danger to others life. The case is being investigated by HC Ravinder Chaudhary I/O PS Sadar Shimla .

6. During last 24 hours 127 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act. Total challan compounded= 52 and the fine realized Rs. 17,900/-

1. Accused Dinesh Kumar S/o Sh. Manohar SinghThakur R/o Village Nalayal P.O Challi Summerhill Tehsil & Distt. Shimla and Accused Manish Thakur S/o Sh. Jagdish Chand R/o Village Kamlah P.O Karot Tehsil Nadoun Distt. Hamirpur have been arrested in case FIR No 239/14 U/S 452,342,323,506,34 IPC PS West and is on police remand upto 09.12.2014.

2. Accused Naresh Chandel S/o Sh. Ganga Ram R/o Village Kadrawal, PO Shadi, Tehsil Theog, Distt. Shimla has been arrested in case FIR No. 56/14 U/S 376(ii)(N), 506 IPC at PS New Shimla, today sent to Judicial custody upto 19.12.2014.

3. Accused Deepan Dogra S/o Sh. Ravi Dutt Dogra R/o Village Shilli Karyali, PO Halidhar, Tehsil Kumarsain, Shimla has been arrested in case FIR No. 99/14 Dt. 04.12.2014 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Kumarsain, today sent to judicial custody upto 22.12.2014.

Deceased Smt. Dipika W/O Sh. Deepak Sharma R/O Kamna Devi Baluganj Shimla HP has complained today pain in her throat, on this she was taken to IGMC Shimla for treatment in 108 Ambulance, where she was declare braught dead by the doctor.
