1. On 25-08-13 one PROCLAIMED OFFENDER named Ajay Kandyar S/o Sh. Madan Lal Kandyar R/o Thakur Niwas, Lower Kuftta Dhar, Shimla, has been arrested under the process of 83 Cr.PC from Lower Kuftadhar at Police Station Sadar Shimla.
2. A HURT case FIR No. 40/13 is registered at Police Station Chopal on 25-08-13 U/S 147, 149, 323 IPC complaint of Govind Chauhan S/o Sh. Bansi Ram R/o VPO Jhokhar, Teh Chopal, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on 24-08-13 at 5:30 PM when he was going to his home from Kupvi, near Santh Khad one person named Mohan Lal S/o Sh. Laiq Ram, his brother Viru along with 4 other persons beat him. Case is being investigated by ASI Subhash Chand I/C PP Kupvi.
3. A CHEATING case FIR No. 78/13 is registered at Police Station East Shimla on 24-08-13 U/S 419, 467, 469 IPC on the complaint of Er. O P Sharma Ex(E) Elect. Division No-1, HPPWD Shimla, alleging therein that on 15-03-12 & 27-12-12 one person named Surender Kumar Saini a Contractor submit a false complaint against him without/with name respectably. He told that Mr. Surender Kumar Saini cheated him for harming reputation. Case is being investigation by ASI Ram Lal I/C PP Kasumpti.
4. An ACCIDENT case FIR No. 140/13 is registered at Police Station Dhalli Shimla on 25-08-13 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Mohinder Singh S/o Late Sh. Ram Krishan R/o Vill Tikkari, PO Jagatkhana, Teh Naina Devi, Distt Bilaspur, alleging therein that he is working as a transporter. On 24-08-13 he loads Apples in one vehicle Pick-up No. HP-24D-0141 form Narkanda to Shimla, which was driven by driver Krishan Chand S/o Sh. Sita Ram R/o Vill Tikker. On 25-08-13 when above driver Park his vehicle at Fruit Mandi Bhattakuffer, above vehicle fell down from the road. Case is being investigated by ASI Prem Lal I/o PS Dhalli, Shimla.
5. A HURT case FIR No. 141/13 is registered at Police Station Dhalli Shimla on 25-08-13 U/S 324, 506 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Sanjay Kumar S/o Sh. Joginder Singh worker Fruit Mandi Bhattaker Dhalli Shimla, Alleging therein that at 10:30 PM when he was at Fruit mandi Bhattakuffer, one unknown person came in drunken position, abusing him and attack him with knife. When one person named Man Singh came to help him, he also attacks to above Man Singh. Case is being investigated by HC Ramesh Chand I/o PS Dhalli Shimla.
6. An ACCIDENT case FIR No. 139/13 is registered at Police Station Rampur on 25-08-13 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the complaint of Sh. Khushi Ram S/o Sh. Jhanku Ram R/o VPO Khamadi, Nankhari, Teh Rampur, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on 25-08-13 at 6:30 AM when he was going to Kumarsain in A/F vehicle Motor Cycle along with Madan S/o Sh. Sayalu Ram R/o Vill Batali, PO Dofda, near Mehta Stone Crasher one vehicle Pick-up No. HP-06-4308 hit his Motor Cycle and run away from the spot. Case in being investigated by HC Sunil Kumar I/o PS Rampur.
7. A WRONGFUL RESTRAINT case FIR No. 106/13 is registered at Police Station Theog on 24-08-13 U/S 341, 323, 506, 34 IPC on the complaint of Dinesh Chauhan S/o Late Sh. Shiv Ram R/o VPO Bakol, Teh Kotkhai, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on 23-08-13 when he was going to Solan in his vehicle Car No. HP-51(T)-7708 at 11:30 PM near Parala one vehicle Bolero Camper No. HP-62A-1969 came toward Sainj, two person came down, obstruct his way, beat him and also threatened with dire consequences. Case is being investigated by HC Ramesh Chand I/o PS Theog.
8. An ABANDONMENT OF CHILD case FIR No. 107/13 is registered at Police station Theog on 24-08-13 U/S 317, 34 IPC on the complaint of Sanjay Sood S/o Late Sh. Manohar Lal R/o VPO Chailla, Teh Theog, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that he is the owner of a Guest house at Chailla. On 24-08-13 at 10:30 AM his sweeper Dinesh Kumar tells him that one female child found in the room No 201 without her parents. After checking he found that this room was booked in the name of Chaman S/o Sh. Hira Singh R/o Vill Batwar, PO Nerwa, Teh Theog, Distt Shimla and he stay there with one lady. Investigating officer has doubt that above person leaves that female child in the guest house. Case is being investigated by HC Ramesh Chand I/o PS Theog.
9. During last 24 hours 195 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act and 11 challaned under COPTA. The total amount of compounding fee of challans under MV Act and COPTA is Rs. 40,980/-.
