1 AN ASSAULT OF CRIMINAL FORCE TO DETER PUBLIC SERVANT FROM DISCHARGE OF HIS DUTY Case FIR No 156/13 is registered at PS West on 05.08.13 U/S 353,332,34 IPC on the statement of Sh. Narender Kumar S/o Sh. Shyam Lal R/O Vill. Badhal P.O. Navgaon Teh. Arki Distt Solan, presently driver HRTC Unit No.II Shimla age 32 years alleging therein that on 05.08.13 he carried Bus No. HP63-3273 from Shimla to Neri & Conductor Sunil Kumar was also with him. When he returned back from Neri the Bus was fully loaded with passengers and at near about 9.15 AM when he reached at Vill Hiwan,one Sh. Sunil Kumar S/o Sh Jugdish Kumar made a signal to stop the Bus. So,he stopped it. After that Sunil Kumar smashed his hand on the front glass and loudly shouted that you had not stopped the bus in the morning on his signal and started beating him on his seat. This incident caused torn off his shirt. After this two another boys came on the spot and started beating Sh. Sunil Kumar Conductor. During this beating his Uniform & Cash Bag were torn-off. Both were injured during this incident The case is being investigated by. ASI Dharmesh Dutt I/C PP Summerhill.
2 A WRONGFUL RESTRAINT Case FIR No. 33/13 on 4.8.2013 U/S 341, 323 34IPC on the application of Sachin Kumar S/o Sh. Prem Chand R/o VP.O. Bijmal, Tehsil & PS Chopal District Shimla HP, alleging therein that on 4.8.2013 at about 7:15 pm when he was going to Shimla in vehicle No. HP63C-0648 with apple boxes when he reached near Nakaurapul ,one person in drunken condition stood front of the vehicle & he pulled him out from vehicle .then two person one namely Ranu Ram & other unknown came & they also beaten him with kicks & blows. The case is being investigated by ASI Ram Gopal I/O PS Chopal.
3 During last 24 hours 62 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act . & 07 persons were challaned under COTPA (Cigarette & Other Tobacco Act 2005). The total amount of Compounding fee of challans under MV Act is Rs. 15,000/-.
