CRIME REPORT 02 AUGUST

1.                 PUNISHMENT FOR LURKING HOUSE-TRESPASS OR HOUSE-BREAKING BY NIGHT Case FIR No. 154/13  is  registered at  PS  West  on 02.08.13 U/S 456 IPC  on  the statement of Sh. Mohd. Gaffar S/o Sh. Mohd. Sami  R/o Vill. Islampur Yaj Tehsil and Distt. Bijnaur UP. At present Sita Ram Sharma Rakesh, lodge Kachighati Shimla HP, alleging therein that on  01.08.13 at  3 pm he was going to Vill. Dump near Ghanahatti to meet with his brothers Bunty and Jakir. When he come back to his Quarter Rakesh logde Kachighatti  2.45 am on 02.08.13 his wife Nasreen told that one un-known person break window glass and come inside the room, when his wife want to stop that person he ran away from room. The  Case  is being investigated by  ASI Bhagirath I/O PS  West .

2.                A BURGLARY Case FIR No. 155/13 is  registered at  PS West 02.08.13 U/S 457,380 IPC  vide DD No. 26 Time 12-35 PM on the statement of Sh. Shyam Lal S/o Lt. Sh. Lekh Ram R/o vill. Dhyalai P.O. Kalihatti Tehsil & Distt. Shimla H.P, alleging therein that on 02.08.13 at  07-AM came to Kalihatti temple and saw door (kanchi gate) was broken and when the were cheeked found one Silver Chattar (Mata ki Murti), one pair of ear rings, other things etc . and 4000/- cash from cash chest were stolen by un-known person intervening night of 01/08/13-02/08/13. Case Investigated by HC. Puran Chand No. 128 P.P. Jutogh.

3.              WRONGFUL RESTRAINT FIR No  36/13 U/S  341,323,506 IPC   is  registered at PS Nerwa  on 1.08.13  on the  statement of   Bhupinder Singh Kamta  S/o Sh Mohan Lal  R/ O Vill Ghilar P.O. Ruslah The Chopal, alleging therein  that while  he  was going to his home  near  about  5. 45  PM  when  he  arrived at   Naudar Bus Stop . Mr. Padam ,Nariender & Kapil  S/o  Sh.  Dula Ram  R/o Vill. Ghilar  P.O. Ruslah  obstruct his  way and stat beating him. Lastly  they also threat to kill him  in future. The case is being  investigated  by ASI /SHO Kuldeep Singh  PS Nerwa.

4.            During last 24 hours 161  vehicles were challaned  by Shimla  Police under MV Act for the violation of Traffic rules. and 10 persons were challaned under COTPA (Cigarette & Other Tobacco Act 2005). The total amount of Compounding fee of challans under MV Act is Rs. 31,900/-.
