1. An ACCIDENT case FIR No. 32/13 is registered at Police Station Chopal on 28-07-13 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the complaint of Hemant Sharma S/o Sh. Kuldeep Sharma R/o Vill Mandli, PO Marowg, Teh Chopal, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on 28-07-13 one vehicle Maruti car No. HP-08A-14073 met with accident at Mandli Nala near Pujarli. In this accident 3 persons sustained injuries. Case is being investigated by HC Gian Singh I/o PS Chopal.
2. An ACCIDENT case FIR No. 153/13 is registered at Police Station West Shimla on 29-06-13 U/S 297, 337 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Rajinder Kumar S/o Sh. Moji Ram R/o Vill Bharob, PO Anandpur, Teh & Distt Shimla, alleging therein that he is driver of vehicle Swaraj Mazda No. HP-63-0947, when he was going towards 16 mile near Totu one vehicle HRTC Bus No. HP-31B-1316 hit his vehicle, due to rash and negligent driving by the driver of above Bus named Surender Kumar. He sustained injury in this accident. Case is being investigated by HC Puran Chand I/O PP Jutogh.
3. During last 24 hours 108 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act and 07 challaned under COPTA. The total amount of compounding fee of challans under MV Act and COPTA is Rs. 18,000/-.
